    Thanks ! Wanted to tell ya that was wonderful that you took the time to put the plans together for others to use.
    Love what y’all are doing and excited to watch your progress- I’m in Ga and on a smaller acreage but doing similar work. The orchard, chickens - I’m going to add Turkey with chickens. I think next yr will be when I add Pig and sheep into my Silvi pasture area. The foresters- do great work but boy is it a mess when they leave - plus, you have to wait apx 1-1.5 yrs to do a burn to get rid of all the mess. I’m holding off on animals due to control burn - once debris is cleared then put in. The grass and then animals. Just and fyi on mess from foresters. Keep up good work.

      Thank you! Thanks for following along. And everything you're doing is awesome! And your silvopasture area sounds so cool. And those machines can mess up a lot of land very quick 😆 why do you have to wait before starting the controlled burn?

    Nice. If I didn't know how to build one from building one with you, I'd know now.

    Thanks for this video and the plans/materials list! We're going to build one here at Wallen Creek Farms before this Fall for sure - and I've been watching a ton of builds on UA-cam. Yours was one of the best - especially for providing the PDF and spreadsheet! Take care!

    Thanks! I am so grateful that the downloads for the materials with current approximate costs, as well as the instructions, were free. I have been debating getting an inexpensive hobby type greenhouse versus doing this. Though I continue to weigh my options, your detailed instructions have boosted my confidence in my ability to build some version of this model. Again, many thanks.

      @@TheNorthBranchWI You know, there is a genuineness in this video that is priceless. You had real obstacles with the uneven ground and needing to improvise. I really respect your effort of not only making the greenhouse, but also of documenting it for a video....and for being genuine in your remarks. There seem to be a lot of fakes with these projects with tight cuts and fast moving videos....as if it took them 30 seconds to do each step. But you are the real deal and I treasure that! Stay warm over there! :)

    lol. My cattle panel high tunnel is soooo crooked. I'd definitely do it differently next time.

    Nice build! I always wondered how cattle panels greenhouses did under heavy snow but this looks sturdy and solid!

      I was always skeptical about cattle panel builds in places with tough winters, but now I think it can be done!

    Thanks for sharing the update of how it’s holding up over the winter! This definitely seems like a do-able build, especially since you included the plans. Do you have specific purposes for each of your greenhouses (since you have a few built different ways)?

      @TheNorthBranchWI  Рік тому +1

      I plan on making a video about all of the greenhouses later this month, actually! The Cattle panel is a chicken house currently

    Appreciate the breakdown. How has the plastic held up? I will have to get some shortly and wonder if you have a thickness of the plastic that is recommended and also do you have a place that you ordered yours from.

    • @TheNorthBranchWI
      @TheNorthBranchWI  Рік тому +1

      Thank you! I am actually going to make a video on how my cattle panel builds are handling the winter shortly. But I had geese chew up a lot of the plastic so that caused some issues this winter. I will have to order some new plastic. I will let you know where I get that from.

      All that info is in the PDF they provide, although they might not have mentioned the actual height. 10' wide by 16' long, though :)
