- For some reason when I was a tweenager, I thought it was a good idea to use Who Let The Dogs Out. It was not. Oh well. Sue me. (And please watch my new vids, amazing internet people 😁). Peace!
To the greatest closer that ever played the game, enjoy your retirement and here is his official career highlights.
All rights go to MLB.
For some reason when I was a tweenager, I thought it was a good idea to use Who Let The Dogs Out. It was not. Oh well. Sue me. (And please watch my new vids, amazing internet people 😁). Peace!
He should have saved the 2013 all star game. But damn was he the best. 19 years 600+ saves 40+ in the playoffs and with ONE DAMN pitch ( the Cutter). Never gonna gonna be another like him.
In the 2013 AS game, the AL was ahead 3-0. However, had someone else pitched the 8th and surrendered the lead and the AL not scored in the top of the 9th, the game would be over and Rivera would not have had the chance to take the mound. This is why he was inserted in the 8th.
excelente recuento de la trayectoria de este magnífico cerrador... estamos orgullosos de ti, Mariano... te vamos a extrañar en el montículo...
if someone comes along and matches Rivera's numbers, he will still be the Best ever. But i ca not imagine ANYONE matching his numbers in Postseason play. He has an ERA under 1.00.. Its 0.76, And that's over 140 post season innings. It was so rare that he blew a save that it still did not effect his overall Playoff era, He was a freak, a once a generation reliever. Hoffman was dominant, but you could get to him... Rivera rarely coughed it up... to such a limited amount, that you hardly heard about it when he did. People just shrugged and moved to next game. The Louis Gonzalez hit over the drawn in infield, in Arizona, was on one of his trademark broken bats. Rivera was otherworldly Great, he stands alone.
His movement was incredible. It's so smooth
ok Mariano the next step Coopertown 2019 bless you!!! The best closer of the all times!!!
VIVA PANAMA!!!
I'm not a Yankee fan, but I'm more than sure this guy is going directly to the HOF hands down. He doesn't even need the voting, he's in.
Obviously he has the most saves in history.
drums4metal I would also like to point out that the sky is blue
@@blacjackdaniels200 and you need to eat, drink and breathe to stay alive
Joseph Dowling hahahahah
This video deserves much more views. Great compilation of the career highlights of the Greatest There Ever Was.
que buen cerrador Mariano Rivera.y se ve. que como persona también. un saludo desde Monterrey. un abrazo Mariano
602 saves, and lived with a cutter, never a curve ball. Better start taking notes kids, this is why he was a legend, because of his dangerous fucking cutter.
Grande el canalero.... un ejemplo en todos los sentidos
Simple words: the best
Who Let The Dogs Out seems a little weird in my opinion
Your right
Its supposed to be Enter sandman.
I was thinking the same thing. I couldn't watch him with that song going.
it was the theme song of the yankees in the 90s
I watched it on mute
Amazing man and Yankee LEGEND!!!
Love the GREAT MARIANO and surly miss him... Great Memories Enter Sandman !!!!! He truly was a closer!!
I can't even imagine trying to hit mariano's 90 mp/h cutter ball that shits crazy
Exelente cerrado mariano rivera viva panamà🇵🇦💪👌

Outstanding. Watched the entire thing. Mo is the GOAT.
yo good predicition on the first 100% HOF
Die hard Padres fan I love Trevor but Mo is no doubt the greatest closer
Great video! Well put together.
THE BEST EVER...PERIOD!!!!..
Mariano Rivera, the greatest closer, no matter what the people said
Even Goose Gossage
The Greatest Closer ever! No one will ever remove that title from him!
His auto-biography is amazing. I'm reading it now.
100% Hall of fame !!!
I am from the year 2019 to tell you that you are correct. First player to be unanimously elected into the HoF
I Miss You Mo.
Who let the dogs out was the yankees theme song of the late 90s
No Name no it wasn't. It was the Mets who played it. They played it in the stadium after every win..you can even hear it in the World Series play at Shea in game 3 of the 2000 World Series, the only game the Mets won in that series.
Riveras song was Enter sandman.
You were right about the first 100% HOF vote!
This guy is a fucking legend no one is gonna best his record
Viva Panama!!!
My idol
THE FIRST 100% HOF INDUCTEE DAMN RIGHT HAHA THIS VIDEO IS GREAT
grande mariano rivera
Mariano que grande eres!
Miss him
Till this day i still cant believe the yankees really did a 3peat in baseball. Lol best franchise ever, most iconic players like rivera, jeter to say the least.
Orgullo de mi Panamá ❤
Good call 100%! Baby he did it 6 yrs later he did it
New York (A) legend
Greatest of all time.
at the age of 43 he still can pitch around 92-93 mph,,,,omg and if he keep throwing he can play until 50 years old and maybe with velocity 88-89mph cutter haha
Impresionante!
Holy shit, you were right about the first 100%
Goat
MO AWESOME !!! 2019 STRAIGHT COOPERSTOWN...
straight G
Ignore everyone who doesn't like the song. This is a great video.
Best of time
100% Unanimous. Anybody here in 2019?
The dislikes are from users with broken bats by Rivera
disculpen como se llama la segunda cancion gracias!!?:)
Mis respeto para este cabajero
Music should have been Enter Sandman. His theme song, especially since the video features him, as opposed to the whole team.
Apologies, Just got to the end of the video with Metallica. NIce!
y arriba Panamá
Who else is coming back to watch this now?
14:48 goddam it eye waterfalls...
Should be playing enter sandman by Metallica. That's rivera's trademark song
Courtney Gibson Jr 8:13
David Price Highlights 2014 HD
You were right
exelente💪
How’d you predict this
2:17 Who was that at first, and why did they have a helmet on?
Can you make one for Jeter?
writen in the stars is the best song
3:40 your welcome.
Downtownlife you obviously have not been to a stadium in the late 90s early00s,this shit was used everywhere.
Video would have worked much better WITHOUT the background music ugh
I think he has the biggest trophy room
The last player to wear #42 in Baseball
You go the end right though
I was excited to watch an 18 minute video of Mariano Rivera hightlights...until I heard "Who Let the Dogs Out"... like really?
Music?
Who Let The Dogs Out- Baha Men
Written In The Stars- Tinie Tempah ft Eric Turner
Enter Sandman- Metallica
I couldn't make it past who let the dogs out
its not gonna be the same with out him :/
or jeter
after this season nope
Think about it this way, the core four is gone, so let a new core four begin. The Yankees were in this exact position in the early 1990's. It's comin' man, it's comin'.
In my opinion he'd the 1 guy worth A-Rod's contract because you can 1,000 A-Rod's, but you can but you can never make another Mariano Rivera.
The first song is so terrible. What the hell? Enter Sandman is amazing though!
Next time use "Enter Sandman"
He did
The music ruins it
mariano now jeter retieed
2003年に100マイル連発してたね
MLB
0:47 xxxtentacion?
4:18 nasty!

Praise the lord,

👼💒🙏👼💒🙏
Ese lanzamiento de Mariano es dañino.
He sucked on the 2001 World Series on the last game against diamondbacks
Captain obvious strikes again
Late reply
Zachary343 1 out of 4 he blew. The other 3 final World Series game he closed it off for us
+JasonJMist - In addition, Rivera was pitching another one of several two inning save attempt and had struck out the side in the 8th, never mind that most of the hits he gave up were bloops that would have been caught in most cases, especially the one Gonzo hit. Also there are plenty of blame to go around since the Yankees barely hit the D-Backs pitching outside of "Hung One" Kim. There's also Pettitte going 0-2, with the latter being the same kind of performance that Darvish had this season against Houston.
If anything, without Mo, the Yankees wouldn't have been in a position to win.
It's pretty much one of those things where it can be summed up as "shit happens." At least the one bright spot out of this is that it kept Enrique Wilson from getting on that plane.
Lose the call oh Michael Kay- he is horrible
Just amazes me mo started with a milk carton as his first glove
grande mariano rivera
