Awesome. I love beer but I cut down to 1 max 2 biweekly or once a month and strength, stamina and energy levels went up after a couple of months, plus I drink lots of water. I will make time to sleep 1 or 2 more hours daily. Cheers 🤟😎
Can you please make a video about nutrition? I know it’s not your specialty, but you and your look lean and energetic and I’m curious about your recommendations
Hello Mr. Weiland, I do understand that long of hours of sitting are not good for recovery or health in general - but what can we do, when that exactly is our job? Yes, I do stand up, walk and stretch at least once per hour and the only addiction left is coffee. I do some training every day, but I simply can´t dedicate several hours per day, guess that must be good enough for me -knowing that "being the best version of myself" would require finances that I haven´t got...
yeah anytime I try, even I go slow, I usually end up with a small injury. I can do chin ups, do lots of movement throughout the day with stretches and squats but maybe I am not ready yet (although it seems he says everyone can do it)
I do agree with most of your ideas. I eat vegan, and plan on continuing that. I would like to eventually do the cold water thing, but I am not there yet.
Thankyou u doing well job and no charge love from India❤
