Hey guys if you're watching Lee Weiland, you may be like me, a guy who really wanted to improve his body for years but didn't make the leap to sign up for Pac Rim coaching. I finally took the leap 2 months ago, and have really enjoyed the program and success that I've made so far. Even though I'm working on the VERY basics (flexibility, frog stands, pistol squats, basic bodyweight exercises), I've begun my journey to creating a body that's prepared for life and sports. Although it is expensive, I'd highly recommend considering it!
I disagree…DIY tutorials can only take you to a certain point. I think that if you truly want to master advanced skills and bodyweight performance it’s not really realistic without a coach and proper progressions
This mentor is totally right for everything he said. After 25 years of bboying, acrobatics, gym and martial arts i can confirm that ! Respect for tour videos !
Hi Lee. I really appreciate your videos, and this one is very inspiring. I have a question regarding what you do and how it relates to spinal health. I want to refer you to a video by a UA-camr who's channel name is Core Balance Training. He says that things like back bends can contribute to or worsen a condition called spondylolisthesis or spondylosis. I know you've said that your training can improve spinal health, and I'm wondering if you think it can improve spondylosis? Also, do you think your training can worsen a condition like spondylosis? I'm going to post the name of one of his video about this subject in this comment in case you have time to watch it and share your feedback. The video is titled "Spondylolisthesis Back Pain Relief: Exercises and Adjustments". He also has another video about exercises not to do called "Spondylolisthesis Relief: 5 Things to Avoid". Thank you for any insight you are willing to share.
I really can’t disagree with what you’re saying but I’m 80, have a torn rotator cuff told to have surgery, and I don’t have the space to do what you’re showing as I live in an apartment
Lol you have never been to my yoga class!!! I don't teach mainstream by a long shot, although I have mentioned this before in the comments. I will say, that most people don't want to be challenged in all areas. And I really appreciate what you offer.

I would appreciate your video more if you went straight to the point of what’s right and what we need to do rather than pointing out what’s wrong with the industry. It’s too long.
This program is life changing thank you for all of this amazing value Lee

Thank you Lee. A video on transition from frog stands to handstand or bent arm planche to hand stand would be great.

This looks really cool, but I am 72 years old, and while I am quite fit, I don't see this happening for me.

The sweep does look easy but my body does not want to do it. Just moving the leg fwd I can't lift it to go under my arms.

How do you do the SPINNDLE without getting dizzy?
Vestibular system adapts with practice...one of the many advantages of training this way
@ So if I keep practicing the SPINNDLE I’ll get better?
