College is becoming more and more unnecessary with the vast amount of knowledge you can find online. I don’t think anyone knows what they want to do at 18 years old, so they do what their parents tell them to do and go to college. Once this new generation becomes parents, I’ll be really interested to see how the college enrollment rate changes. Love these videos Charlie!
This new generation can't even decide on their gender. World is going to be more chaotic in next few years. Forget college, everything would seem unnecessary and obsolete to this generation and the next.
i have a kiddo in high school and one in elementary. I got a bachelors degree and then a master's degree because the field i am in eventually required it, and i did get paid more once i received my master's degree. But if your career field of choice does not require a college degree, then i definitely do not recommend going to college at all. Or at the very least, delay college until you are certain that your career requires it.
It’s funny because everyone that talks bad about college didn’t get a STEM degree, I’ve never really heard an engineer say “I shouldn’t have gone to college”. I never see smart people regret college.
We need more of these interviews keep it coming! No one cares about whether you went to college or not or what school you went to in the real world. So unless you are passionate in a field that requires college, college is not necessary to be successful
True. I can say from experience, grad school was a joke taught by old geezers only to charge you a ton of money so that you will have a piece of paper to get a job. Nothing to do with hustling.
@@BlueStreak706 well I had a completely different experience. The “old geezers” taught me a lot, now I have a great career, and it was worth every penny. Again, everyone looks at their own experience and assume it applies to everyone else…it doesn’t.
@@sawdatstyle I get what you’re saying, the point of this video is that college will teach you how to work within a company and you may get a good salary or career as you call it, but they can let you go when you least expect it. These entrepreneurs in this video is prove that they can be millionaires without going to college. Not to say college is a bad thing. I know. I work at a college.
Let me know in the comments what advice stood out to you! And also let me know what car I should drive for the next video in this series :) As always, links in the description to get free stocks and sign up for my free newsletter - have a great day! -Charlie
As someone who is trying to start a business without a college degree, this video is very helpful and inspiring. I will definitely be taking the advice from these lovely people to heart.
I have a Masters and couple IT certifications so I’m speaking from experience. If you are going to become an entrepreneur, don’t go to college. Maybe take some writing classes, business classes, hire someone to do all the admin for you or just go on UA-cam. If you are going to work in corporate America or for the government, you need college because it’s a resume catcher and allows you to actually get an interview.
Sometimes it is just about taking the road less traveled. Safety is going to school then getting a good job and wishing you could pursue what you really wanted to, but never daring greatly. The alternative is pain and thorns at the start, but often leads to a beautiful destination... Eventually every man will have to search his own soul..
The lady that was a foster youth is eating life up now!!! I would love to hear more from her. Mike was also inspirational, I’m gonna check out the books they recommended. Great video!!
This is your best video by far. Actually, I was so impressed, that I watched it twice. The most impressive person is Cassandra Williams, I think she embodies what being an "educated" person means, even though she didn't go to a traditional school. They are wise beyond their years. I love it.
I always enjoy watching videos like this. But I still yet to see somebody dive deeper into the early days. Like what course did they read to learn how to make money? What apps do they use?. What certifications are legal stuff? Did they have to go through early on. I feel like that's actually the hardest part is learning those things because you can know what you want to do with your life but not know how to get paid for it. Awesome video though!
I had the privilege to meet Silvia and her husband Albert. They influenced me to make a change and better myself. I haven't made it yet, but I'm starting to see results. Thank you for posting this Charlie. Stay blessed.
I'm in love with this video. I'm going to watch this everyday, foe the rest of the year. If I slip, I'll watch this video at least once a week. It's not too long, there's great eye candy, awesome perspectives, diversity & a beautiful dream car to muse on. Thank you for recording this creative content. (Rewatching it now)
🔥I started watching you in the pandemic because I live in LA and Charlie you have grew my man! Your first few videos you were way more reserved, didn’t see this coming but this is new content is you…
great vid charlie! just found your channel from these newer interview style videos. just subscribed and excited to see future content! Would love to see an airport edition of this haha
I would love to see a video like this where you ask about happiness and struggles. I’d like to know what keeps millionaires from happiness and what they still struggle with.
Awesome content. "How would you want to be talked about at your own funeral?" -Cassandra 15:21 It's amazing to see such a diverse cast share some universal threads. Intention is everything / dig deep and know yourself first / think before you act / show up. We're all climbing up the mountain with our paths weaving and intersecting. Even if it's ultimately a personal journey, the aim is the same. Wherever we are on the path, never stop receiving the shared pieces of wisdom from those who've trekked the path before you, and always look for opportunities to give to those trekking the path behind you
I think it's hilarious how Mike Rashid makes a point to describe himself as a professional boxer now after having just turned pro for a couple of "hobby fights" that were "technically" pro fights on paper.
it’s not, it’s pretty much what they use to do back then, we just recently started waiting later in life to do normal stuff (moving out, having kids, marriage, watever watever)
I really enjoyed this video. As someone who’s graduated from university, I can say that if I had the option to start over I would just hop into music rather than going into criminal justice field. During Covid, it gave me the courage to go back into it full force and I can say that I’ve actually been more happy than just doing a job that keeps me stable.
I like the one with the extremes, idk I want to live extremely and I feel like I would just need to find more people who want to live extremely as well
Best advice/sage crap…the hustle the grind, I don’t grind and I don’t hustle, I systemize though. I barely work hard… I do work very strategically. Everyone asks when do you relax, first I love what I do, and really I barely do anything!

Those are some great shades Mike. What brand are they?

Exactly I’m a web designer and a game designer also I didn’t have to go to college for that.

Great Video! But what he said @ 14:51 - 15:13 maaaaan that was DEEP! Loved what he said there💯
I disagree on 14:37 because you can purchase experience. You can’t buy ALL experience because in life you gotta go through things that costs nothing.

Common theme:
Realty
Selling courses
Both can either make you rich or leave you broke.
Honestly how can selling courses leave you broke?
Great video, thank you!!
Best thing out of this none of them did it alone and they all took action.

These vids are dope af my guy 🔥
I like your videos. They are very inspiring. You need college to be successful, just the drive to succeed.
Mike! Always been a good dude.
