Hey tony shooting my shot. I just left the mortgage industry and would love a new career. I’m 32 grew up in oc - love to connect with you on any career opportunities.
The 1st dude had a lot of good advice. Not hard to see why he's so successful, he worked hard, enjoys what he's doing and wasn't afraid of failure. I'm sure he's met multiple bumps in the road, but never got shook.
he repeated so many fucking tropes that all I could say is The quote from that skit... "fuck you Tony"... And then skip that section the rest of the way.
That first dude was amazing! He has cracked the code honestly his description of everything was spot on and I resonated really really really well with that guy seems like a really genuine hard-working honest good guy I’m glad he found his passion and I’m glad he’s making a lot of money
The stay at home house husband was wise. I like how he advised young people to spend more because it’s true, you need to plan for the future but also enjoy what you have while you can! Health is not guaranteed so you gotta enjoy being young.
The 4th guy is really grateful, humble and smart! The way he spoke about working in a kitchen.. It shows he's very humble and the way he spoke about his wife's cooking and how it saves his money.. It shows he values his partner.. Alot of men aren't this grateful..the 6th guy is very smart too.. And he's right about your calling.. Sometimes something isn't gonna make you a millionaire..but it's your calling.. So yea..
Dang that first guy came with the HEAT! I hope I can continue to shape my mind to align with thoughts like those because I feel like with thought patterns like that, success is almost inevitable. Loving this style of content Charlie, it’s super inspiring, especially to a smaller content creator like myself. Keep it up man!
@@911eVoX Haha I do love credit cards! Mainly for the free travel though with the points I accumulate. I never wanna fund stuff with money I don't have!

Loved the first guy. He seems like the friend you want to do life with. Although I've known what he's said it's refreshing to hear it again and see someone successful from following their dreams.
Great video! Picking the right spouse / significant other / people in your life makes a huge difference in your journey. (Coming from an experienced divorce lawyer). Keep up the great work!
@@ShanaLawson I would say untreated mental health issues play a huge role in deciding to file for divorce. Even couples with a ton of money file for divorce. Unrealistic expectations before marriage also create a rocky situation after marriage.
You are right ! Untreated mental health issues! I just got divorced. I am 28 and got abused very bad by my ex husband . I never considered divorce but his mental health issues almost killed me. And he was controlling me so much and deciding for me . Now that I am single I make more money than when I was married to him . He is an entrepreneur but he is crazy .
Tony seems like a savvy guy, but actually Nikki might have been the smartest person you interviewed. She was aware not just about her own driving, but understood 'set it and forget it' equity investing, RE, and especially that even though she is the owner/founder of her restaurant, the employees are what made her business successful.
Yeah Tony seemed "Fake Smart" to me, at the end of the day his advice was totally unactionable and generic. It might inspire you and make you feel warm and fuzzy but it's not useful beyond that. Also I hate to come across as a hater, but "throwing cannabis events" does not sound like a 300k a year thing (perhaps revenue). That's one event a week profiting 7000 per event. Entire premium wedding venue's can't make that profit/booking rate.
Damn This Guy hit the nail in the head, " YOU NEED TO SPEACIALIZE IN SOMETHING AND YOU DOTN NEED TO BE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS ALITTLE EVERYTHING BUT SOMEONE WHO HAS A SPECIALIZED TECHNICh".... Big Up to you Wesley.
Can I just say that the first guy was so informative. I watch these all the time and it's the same vague information. He really was detailed and said things I never heard before.
I'd rather make less money doing something useful for society than pulling in 300k organizing weed events. People like him should be shamed, not admired. These types take in way more money than the value they provide.

damn Tony seems really wise for his age and has good advice without being too greedy and acting like you need to work every hour of your life. No surprise he's so successful
This was so good. Actually showed real people and the answer was the same as far as finding things in your own life that makes you happy and do that. Such a wonderful thing to see that people are good and do work hard for what they want and that’s a positive thing with great advise, not the consistent negative that’s out on the information waves.
I love watching these videos ! It opens my eyes more into need career paths and understanding what people went through. Makes me feel less alone knowing others went through the same thing as me
Tony was amazing. It's not hard to see why he's successful. His approach, attitude and outlook on everything is the recipe for happiness and success. Alexander had a few good points as well. College isn't for everyone and trade schools are becoming more the norm. His advise about spending is good as well. You save all your life, then something happens and your health doesn't allow you to take advantage of it. Lastly, Nikki was as honest as can be. The hospitality business is a 24/7/365 lifestyle. You're either working it or preparing for it. Never a break.
I bought a used Tesla in 2017 with Free supercharging for Life, I LOVED it for a few years, this year everything started breaking and battery would not charge and had to be replaced, the quote to fix it was $30k... I sold for pennies compare to what I bought it for... and went back to a economical Honda HRV... It's great when you have a warranty, and when it's over and you have an older car, I would not recommend it, Also I had to replace tires every year because the car was so heavy, the tires would wear so much quicker... So all the savings I got from not buying gas, got eaten up by the tire replacement cost...

You're working for someone. You need to fill in the schedule as needed. It's why you were hired. The last person looked young to be retired. I have a feeling she sold her restaurant business and focused more on real estate and stocks. She is right though. Owning a restaurant is hard work and the returns generally aren't that great.
I was a little skeptical of Tony, the first guy, at first just based on looks. But don't judge a book by its cover. He immediately started dropping knowledge bombs and I appreciate him for the gems he gave to this community. He's a good dude.
The software dev is right. You will never know everything and someone will always know more than you. But you will always be ahead of someone else at some point. Also, master one thing. Man this was such a great video, loved the questions you asked and the people you interviewed were super honest and detailed in their answers! 🙏🏼 great content
Can you do one on Toyota Camry owners? What about people who don’t spend their money on luxury cars? They might have interesting things to say about money too.
The last lady is correct really hard to be a Resturante owner your always fighting with produce and product prices and your margins are so low like 5-10% after you pay all your expenses seriously
Wait for the rolling blackouts etc. etc. Do you know how they make these batteries? Do you know who owns the mines? Do you know who does the work in these mines? Do you know what it does to the environment/ landscape? Do you know how much these cars and trucks weigh? Don't get hit by one? Did they catch fire? Etc.
Haters always going to worry about who was born into what. Doesn't matter. I really liked the first interview. Concentrate less on what he's driving and more to what he's saying. The guy would still be real regardless of what he makes. Need more like him in this world.
As long as you're going to ask people about money, I would really like to have known if they paid cash for the car or took out a loan, and if a loan how long the note was and what their monthly payment was.
Smart people always take out a loan so they can invest the rest elsewhere and build their credit. Most people who cash out are celebs and clout chasers.
@@teresaalbin-davis4529 Cash plus multiple credit cards with high score and little debt cus I don’t spend more than I can afford to pay back. More options available, low stress, and practically get paid to use my cards and make money grow from investment trees instead of sitting in rubber bands.
@@NeonKue oh I use my travel card plenty and pay it off monthly. Never pay for airfare. But cash for cars and properties. Can't get a better return than properties right now.
I like the attitude of the first guy, natural business talents. For someone so young, he seems to know who he is and where is going with such clarity. That is rare. Still, I don't know if I would want a Tesla.
I just realized these people make like 30-50% less per dollar than I do because they live in Huntington Beach. Kinda makes the "how much money do you make" question a little more relevant.

Man this was such a great video, loved the questions you asked and the people you interviewed were super honest and detailed in their answers! 🙏🏼 great content
House husband?! That’s my dream job! 🤣
Can you do one on Toyota Camry owners? What about people who don’t spend their money on luxury cars? They might have interesting things to say about money too.
Interesting!! I might try it
HAHAHAHA, I do NOT want to hear what Camry drivers have to say! 😂
@@lisar.2549 I do!
The last lady is correct really hard to be a Resturante owner your always fighting with produce and product prices and your margins are so low like 5-10% after you pay all your expenses seriously
Her daddy covered the losses so that is how she had a higher margin.
That’s crazy the first guy went to Quinnipiac I live mad close to there
ITS NOT THE GRADES YOU MAKE, ITS THE HANDS YOU SHAKE !
I love that first dude advice to everyone. Seems down to earth
The first guy killed the interview.. wow amazing guy
Etc.
That first guy should be a motivational speaker. 🤩
First guy has a plan. Good advice bro 😎
Great Video Charlie. I know those Tesla drivers have some extra time while they wait for the charge 😂
I loved the stay at home dad ! I feel like it's not that common
Probably has wickedly smart kids. Good for him!
That first guy could be a great mentor
Haters always going to worry about who was born into what. Doesn't matter. I really liked the first interview. Concentrate less on what he's driving and more to what he's saying. The guy would still be real regardless of what he makes. Need more like him in this world.
As long as you're going to ask people about money, I would really like to have known if they paid cash for the car or took out a loan, and if a loan how long the note was and what their monthly payment was.
Smart people always take out a loan so they can invest the rest elsewhere and build their credit. Most people who cash out are celebs and clout chasers.
@@NeonKue cash, living debt free. Another option and low stress.
@@NeonKue a little money in rubber bands not a bad idea.
I like the attitude of the first guy, natural business talents. For someone so young, he seems to know who he is and where is going with such clarity. That is rare. Still, I don't know if I would want a Tesla.
Hey Charlie! Great interviews, because your questions were very relevant to each subject. Good skill dude. 🖖
Appreciate that a lot. I'm not a natural interviewer I think but going out there and trying my best has helped improve my skills
I love the first guy!! So likable I see why he’s successful 👊🏻
God I absolutely hate hustle culture
These videos are so much fun!!!
Respect to people doing their things. Be kind to your parents and have a plan B incase your dreams don't work out.
I just realized these people make like 30-50% less per dollar than I do because they live in Huntington Beach. Kinda makes the "how much money do you make" question a little more relevant.
The first guy got criticism for the hand shaking comment but networking is very important in research, in industry etc.
Isn't a base Tesla like $40k? You don't need to be rich at all when accounting for gas savings, government rebates, etc.
Great video. Loved it! Very inspiring that these are random people with such great perspective and advice...
Charlie understands human psychology, note that Nikki is on the thumbnail but he saved her for last in the video.
OMG, I live in the OC and these were the coolest people! Thank you for posting!
