There are several models in the GroundHog line up that address your issue. You should check out the BH14G PRO. It's one of the premier gas model's with many upgrades.
Well to honest in my opinion any brand general purpose grease will work fine. The biggest thing is to pump fresh grease into all your fittings after every dirty job. You'll want to make sure to pump them until you push out all the dirt, and water contamination. It seems like a lot but it will definitely help make your boom and dipper pins and bushings last longer. Make sure to wipe away any excess grease after wards. It's up to you if you want to spend the money on a brand name grease or not. You just don't want to run your machine without grease. There has been a few people that did and ran into major repairs around 700 hours. I wouldn't recommend over greasing a bearing but pins and bushings on a mini excavator get constantly contaminated with dirt and need fresh grease fairly often in my opinion.
Well to be honest I haven't installed the external counter weight yet but I fully intend to before I start lifting logs this firewood season. I am planning some side by side comparison competitions for future videos but for now their capabilities are too close to call. I'm going to say adding the counter weight will definitely help with lifting. The weight of the steel tracks definitely helped the kh14g lift heavier logs.
Great video, man ! Couldn't ask for it to be done any better
Thanks! And thanks for watching!
Crucial oil change! My briggs had many particles in it. Did the change at 9.5hrs. If you buy one of these dont skip this oil change!
Yes Groundhog equipment recommends changing the engine oil in the first 10 hours.
Looks like a nice machine.
Hydraulics are really quick!
My biggest complaint is having to unscrew the rear cover just to check the engine oil!

No problem and Glad I could help. Thanks for watching!
Did you get retractable tracks?
No I didn't get the retractable tracks but I would recommend them because they will definitely help keep the excavator more stable.
You need to turn your volume up

Have you installed the counterweight?, did it make a difference? How does the stability compare now to your kh14?

I see they put the battery in more weight conscious spot.
They are constantly updating and improving the designs. Did you have an issue with an earlier model?
