You crack me up. I love that you say what you’re thinking, just bluntly, and then we all die laughing and totally understand your thoughts. You’re so entertaining. Thanks very much for sharing these projects. So exciting.
Love this project - turning an ancient stone farm into a gorgeous home while respecting and enhancing the building. The giodome blew me away. Fabulous. Pls return later this year for a progress report. 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Thank you, Annette! 100% agree with you on how magical this project is! Would love to see how it progresses over the next couple years. And that geodome - wow!!!
That is one very brave and inspirational lady! I have restored 2 very similar project (total ruins) in France, so I know what it takes to start from the roof down and that's a massive job she is undertaking. Also, the vision she has is going to make it so beautiful. It will paradise on top of that hill! Lucky you for getting to tour with her, Annette! Thank you for taking us with you. Marisa xo 🥰🤗💚
Thanks for showing. It was worth the price to see your excitment. The Urt was such a great living solution to be on site. I wish I was at least some younger.
congratulations on finding a great competent building crew! those guys will transform that house into her vision. surely wont come cheap. but I guess she has the funds for this project and dreams to follow... sounds like the perfect plan.. hope it all goes well with not to many hiccups.
Wow. The restoration project alone was impressive, but the gorgeous geodesic dome was a mic drop. Karina is truly an inspiration and a wonderful custodian of this historic property. Can’t wait to see the final project - it will be stunning.
I love the views from that geodome! The cool part is the juxtaposition of the light, open and round geodome against the heavy, dark stone buildings. The great interior geodome style and decor is a good sign of what will be coming to the new house. Karina has the calmness that is required for such a project and I think it will be amazing. It's great to see how hands on she is with the reno.
I was wondering, does she have an indoor bathroom in the dome? Did I miss the part about her having a bedroom in thedome? I’m sure this renovation will be beautiful at the end. It’s definitely a huge renovation project. Is the dome sustainable to hail, storms, extreme winds and snow, etc. I wish her luck with her renovation and her accommodations during the renovation.
Oh, well I love Katrina, the dogs, the effort, the vision, the guts. Amazing you, as always Annette, oozing spirited enthusiasm as we walk through! I am so curious, it must be so cold obvi through the winter months, it takes such hearty "stock" to be able to live in the geodesic yurt as well as work so hard on the projects while being chilled? Are there special vitamins? ha. Also, when a project like this is first purchased, how bad it is inside? My assumption is that so much work was already done here to get it to this stage. Like in the ante room right before the circular stairs up, that looks now so clean. The walls in many rooms look prepped already. How in the world did it start? All just stones?
It was a rubble, much like the other rubbles I have shown on the channel. She says that it had furniture and if you watched all the way through you see the befores as well. A mess. It takes great patience and vision to do a project like this one. Karina has what it takes. A vision, she's so talented. Thanks as always for watching. x
@@AnnetteJosephstylesorry I misspelled her name! Karina. Yes, I saw the befores as I watched, just thinking what a rubble. I of course wonder how long it takes to clear that out, money and time. The vision she has with her geometra is pure enchantment! Thanks as always for showcasing!
The geodome is really interesting as a solution for onsite living while in a two-year renovation project. Looks livable, and I'd even go so far as to say, stylish. I will look forward to seeing an update in 2 years (or maybe an update in 6 months?). Ciao
Does Karina have plans to start a channel to post her renovation? Would love to see her progress. If she prefers to not then maybe my good friend Annette could give us periodic updates. 💕

I love Annette's enthusiasm! My husband doesn't understand this euphoric feeling looking at the beautful bones of these type of structures, I do!
Heaven indeed. Thanks for watching. x
Amazing! If she can camp onsite, then I can camp inside my home. I was afraid but now I'm inspired! Thank you!!
Awesome episode. You should do more like this. And do go back. We want to see this finished!
We will return to see the progress this fall. Thanks for watching x
Karina has great taste, even her geodesic dome is fantastic. Looking forward to see updates on the project!

Yes, of course it can. Just depends on how DEEP your pockets are. Big job, I did a small house. Good luck.

@@gigirocks9603 it takes months and months. I have no idea what her budget it. But it's a big project.

Amazing project. I wonder if she needed to get approval for the dome?
She has a geometra, so yes she has approval. A geometra makes sure everything is by the book. Thanks for watching.x
