Love seeing you pull that cart frame with your head, you kinda remind me of the Roman soldiers, who, trained, in, ancient times. We noticed a Tactical Hypertrophy Athlete, can train in any clothes and in any environment. Its pretty neat, how, you, improvise, in creating your own exercise equipments, by, recycling, anything on your farm. I wonder if you ship some of your Tactical Hypertrophy Athlete Training equipments all around the world, if, people, want, it, custom made and shipped to them, must cost a body and a horse, to, make them and ship them lol. Tom is a monster. Been watching you guys over the years and seeing this stuff just motivates me even more. Btw, in college for soccer, we did similar sprint variations. Work extremely well.
Please right a book specifically about his training program. I think there’s plenty of people that would love to emulate his muscle strength and power... on a much less freak of nature scale of course 😂
