THIS is DEFINITELY a Lush song. Gorgeous tune!!!
It sounds like a song from the "Split" album. Kind of the missing piece of it.
100
I always loved all the 3/4 and 9/8 time signature songs they made. A relic from the 60’s and 70’s I guess. Very folky. Love it.
😒
Spent so many late evening, early morning hours listening to Lush in the 1990s. Nice to see they are still at it.
I started listening to this band in 1992 when I was 15 and Lush always reminded me of youth. As they age, it’s a barometer of how much older I’ve gotten. Oh well…C’est la vie.
i found out about Lush and all the other great indy stuff from college radio and mtv 120 minutes, so much great music going on, that wasnt getting mainstream radio play.. hearing alice in chains on zrock, which was an AM station.. its shame there wasnt FM alternative stations back then, for stone roses, catherine wheel, lush., charlatans, soundgarden, stereolab.. and leaving out 100 other great bands..
Im 23 now and was born in 2001, I love this band so much and it's sad to see bands like these lost to the general crowd from my generation. Such a gem of a band. If you like this, you should listen to dozen by alisons halo, I'm sure you'll love that too.
So glad I was able to see their last ever US show at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland. I spent a good amount of the show watching the faces of the audience watching the band, knowing that we we're all thinking and feeling the same things. Got to meet the band afterwards where they were nice enough to sign records and take photos.
My favourite Lush song so far...and that is saying something. Loved seeing this live!
Love the fact they came back (albeit not for long) and did proper Lush songs...didn't pander but came back and did classic Lush again. So chuffed I saw them one last time at the Roundhouse last year. Amazing night, and an amazing band. #shoegazeforever :-)
Great band. Brought the Mad Love EP when released, been a fan ever since.
So sad they split. Got to see them twice in my life. First time was April 1991 at Slim's in San Francisco at the height of their popularity and 26 years later at Terminal 5 in New York.
Lucky bastard!
One of my favorites. I have always found the layering and harmonies unreal.
I prayed, and I prayed... and here there are again!!!
Miki's voice is Lush.
Love this song. The official video is really good too
So great to see this band up close and personal instead of the poor view on stage videos with all the lights distracting me
A real treasure of music
Special talent = special music = very special moments in music history like this. It needs only appreciation, affectionate memory and genuine comprehension when it's come and gone.
And now it's gone (again). Just like that.
Wow!!!!!!
one of the best shoegazer songs ever !!!
Still have it!
Holy fuck, this sounds like it could of been off Spooky. So good .
Chills. So fucking dreamy
They still sound great!!!!
I don't think they can stay away forever. Too adored.
Best love song of 2016
flawless,has the desired effect
This song is amazingly beautifully haunting. Me like. 🙂
so beautiful and jangly 😍
Great song, and cool that it's in 6/8 time.
Lovely
Hermoso sonido
Memories
Este tema es bellisimo dream pop y shoegaze del bueno
Idole
The intro reminds me of Thoughforms, but still a good song.
And now they're splitting again already. It was worth it, though, the EP is wonderful.
Yeah, so sad. I hope they'll come back and release a new full album.
@@julosx I doubt it. Miki has no contact with Emma or Phil now.
Miki was completely pissed off when they played Portland.
@@douglasfrederick127 why, what happened
@@genghiskhanii6646 I have no idea. She said Americans were a bunch of jerkiffs and went off about everything. I don't think the band was getting along at that time
Very Good !!!!! Que Demais !!!!!!!!
Emma's riff @ 2:30 makes me swoon...
so good!
Arpeggio
Love it.. thanx
I love Phils t-shirt
THESE OLD BAGS STILL GOT IT, SHOEGAZE MASTERPIECE!😲💖
old bags fuck off asshole !!
Internet trolling at its best!
fuckin beautiful !!
❤
Miki’s new band Piroshka has a lot of Lush sonic DNA.
Mikki's new band Piroshka just released a record and just did some shows in Europe.
Perú!!!
Shoegaze del bueno
Very Lush ! C'mon finish the new album please.
Way to go, didn't show Emma Andersons hand movements not even once. Still an excellent clip, though.
Love watching Miki in her bare feet. Great fucking band!!!
Love Lush, but some bands should stay retired. Nowhere close to what they were in their prime.
They know it. When they played this gig they wore all black. Even her signature red hair was black. It looked like they were at a wake. Middle aged, low energy. Lush is gone and may it rest in peace. Little Red Riding Hood (Piroshka) has energy from the new members.
The second guitarist has not aged well. (But then again, all I know visually of Lush is all from a pre-HDef era
That's a horrible thing to say.
Yeah, leave off Emma, she's awesome.
People are always quick to say that about female musicians. I never hear anyone lamenting the aging of Steven Tyler or Iggy Pop. I'm just glad they had the energy to give us one last tour for those that never got to see them in the 90s.
Ensiferum01, yes really
And i suppose you never age huh?
