Been loving the up&up 50 sport and face values 55 sunscreens a lot. Found in target and bed bath and beyond and I love them for the body. Both are fragrance free , under 10 bucks and you get 6oz and up!
You read my mind!! I slathered on the sunscreen today and only realized while I was out that it left a white cast on my legs smh and I needed to do research on better body sunscreens! No need to look any further now :)
My go-to body sunscreen right now is the Skin Aqua UV Moisture Gel. I love the lightweight non-sticky finish, no strong scent, and large pump size. It's too dewy for my oily face (I use the Skin Aqua Moisture Milk blue bottle for that) but perfect for my body on a daily basis.
Love to see how much this channel has grown since I started following! I’ll be looking forward to seeing which mineral ones you choose! I’ve recently picked up running so I’m trying to find a good mineral one.
Coopertone Sport has been our house sunscreen for Summer and we pick it up at Costco. I'm enjoying their glow 50 and plan on picking up some Sun Bum and Neutrogena Beach Defense for running/pool. Definitely want to try all the EU ones too.
For daily use on the body I have been liking the Kroger Suncreen invisible gel spf 40, I discovered it thanks to your review. For daily use for the face I’ve been using the black girl sunscreen spf 30, I wish Ulta carried the SPF 50 bc I prefer that one (it does feel less rich, it’s $5 cheaper and higher spf). I’m looking forward to trying the Jack Black sunscreen next maybe it will replace both of them and I could just use one product for face and body
Can’t wait for the mineral body sunscreen video!!!! - looking for super sensitive recco - dimethicone and fragrance free obvi. Right now I’m using the biossance one. I love how easy it spreads and blends into the skin but it’s so damn expensive especially to be using down to my arms.
I have the coppertone one and I got it because fragrance was the very last ingredient and I think it’s not very strong. I wish there was a non fragrance option. I used the Hawaiian tropic sport and I don’t remember the fragrance on that being strong but since it was in the middle of the ingredient list that’s why I chose coppertone over the Hawaiian tropic option this time.
Can you make a video about sunscreens that do not leave a (permanent) yellow stain on clothing? Or how to prevent it? I have so many shirts that are ruined by my spf.
I'd use the Sun Bum SPF 30 and 50, but they have methyisothiazalone. The SPF 70 Face (not body) lacks that, alcohol, and added fragrance. It is greasier, but dries down to a dry sticky texture. It actually helped me to stop touching my face, and it melted onto my eyes due to having the heater on blast (user error) and it did not burn my eyes, so I'll stick with it in between orders of non-US sunscreens.
I tried both the Coppertone versions and do not like either of them. The Coppertone clear gel smells heavily of alcohol, I know it has alcohol in it, but holly..., the alcohol smell here is just way overwhelming. It is also greasy after application. Don't like it. The other blue Coppertone sport, I used to like the old version. I find that this new version this year gives me white residues around my leg hairs, and it is still white after an hour, not going away, and also greasy like the clear version. Don't like either of them so I threw them away. I now use the Garnier Ombrelle sport SPF 45 for outdoor activities and it is much better.
Those specific products do NOT contain it, stop with the fear mongering 🤦🏻♀️ The products that do contain it (a total of 3 products) were the clear zinc spf 50 And Sun bum cool down gel AND spray. The sunscreens spf 30, 50 and 70 including for the face are good

@@FelineTomfoolery69 they are not fear mongering. They simply mentioned the situation with Benzene and sunscreen that’s going on currently. It’s not like they’ve given any false information about the situation either. Also the correct number is not 3 it was in fact 78 sunscreens most being in a spray form and Neutrogena.

The items that she’s saying that have the contamination is not the products he is using. Though saying this sort of information will cause people to avoid these sunscreens because they don’t know.

Mineral sunscreens are usually more friendly around the eyes. There's some that don't leave such a bad cast, even barely noticeable. 2 that I know and really like are the Olay Regenerist Hydrating Mineral Sunscreen, Fragrance Free spf 30 and the Neutrogena Sheer Zinc Vitamin E Sunscreen Stick SPF 50. Yes and that’s not a sunscreen industry wide issue. A lot of professionals in the field have spoken about this. It’s like e. Coli contamination essentially; its batch specific to a select few brands
One of the reasons I don’t like sunscreen on my body generally is how it feels when sometimes I need to put on a sweater or clothes on top, would it be better to use the less emollient ones in that case?

I’ve been using the Altruist spf 50, which is great and super affordable (4£ per 100ml) but that gets caught in body hair so much!
