Plz poori research karke cheezein daala karo... What is your obsession with Kashmir I don't know... But let Jammu's thing be of Jammu.... What will happen if I write Rogan Josh as dish of Jammu..... Plz culture is a sensitive issue and by writing Kashmiri local Cheese in your thumbnail... You have done a big blunder By enraging Jammuites who are already depressed of Kashmiri Hegemony....
Ok, Kalari Cheese can be found both in Jammu as well as in Kashmir. Also, J&K got the GI Tag for Kalari Cheese which means both has the equal rights for it. And most importantly it's our own Indian Cheese. Baaki Jammu Kashmir ek hi hai yaar.. please don't separate this beautiful territory by saying Kashmir ki nahi, Jammu ki dish hai 😊
@@BackpackerIndian Firstly, Kalari originates from Ramnagar in the Udhampur District of the Jammu division. It is rarely found in major cities of Kashmir such as Anantnag and Srinagar. Moreover, I object because you have only mentioned Kashmir in the video thumbnail and description. There is no reference to Udhampur, Ramnagar, or Jammu, which are the true places of origin for Kalari. You have discussed Kashmiri culture, tradition, and cuisine, but Kalari is not part of it; instead, it is a staple of Dogra cuisine. Dogra cuisine and culture differs significantly from Kashmiri cuisine and culture.

@@BackpackerIndian Who told you Jammu and Kashmir is one... And we people of Jammu are not dividing the war has started long ago sirrr and that too by Kashmiri muslims....
@@BackpackerIndian No it is the Kaladi of Ramnagar of Udhampur district which got GI Tag.. Jammu division has 10 districts including Udhampur.. Jammu has nothing in common with Kashmir.. The majority of Jammuites can't understand the Kashmiri language..
Literally the shop says Jammu's Special Kaladi, still you will write Kashmir's Kaladi. I don't know, is it slipped your mind, or was it a way to prop up your video through the algorithm. Whatever it is there is factual error in your video and please correct it.
@@BackpackerIndianLol close to Mozzarella? Dude have you ever tasted real Mozzarella. Real Mozzarrella is made from Buffalo Milk and Kaladi is made from cows milk. So texture will be different. Thats why Half Knowledge is dangerous.
You compare Kalari with Mozzarella. Both are different kind of cheese. Kalari is made from Cow's milk and Mozzarella with Buffalo. Just for views you guys will sell your own country@@BackpackerIndian
