Tenpai Player here: Deck gets vastly better post-INFO. I agree that the trap just isn’t worth running. Been testing some tech options to deal with Gimmick Puppet since that’s probably the only other deck aside from Fiendsmith Decks that I’m worried about. One of those methods has included using Genroku + Chundra to make a rank 4 into Galaxy Photon Dragon, search Kuriphoton then using another Tenpai to link off for seals 😂
It gets even more insane, there are already some Tenpai Dragon players who play Terminal World which skips both players Main Phase 2. Btw i think Scareclaw might be a deck that can beat Tenpai even though both decks work similar and have a bunch of board breakers.
Tenpai loses to griffon lock anyways or if you want to be funny imperial iron wall or ferret flames exists. I am for more practical cards to out tenpai’s but i will keep that close to the chest so i can cook & maybe think of the spice to defeat tenpai.
I meant a board full of Yubels. I also mentionned that this was hypothetical due to the fact that you'll pretty much never see boards like this. That's why you run so many hand traps and board breakers, to only have to deal with a fraction of the full board

If you wait until they have a monster to shifter you can dodge called by with magnumhut which is beyond disgusting because it’s pseudo-engine too

Yes it’s good. I play Tenpai at locals, and usually get at least 2nd place. You can play 3 or 2. The card is generically very good.
Fenrir is good with almost any decks

it's just another normal summon. You already have so many other starters so it adds consistency, but creates far too much redundancy
