Audi Q7 4M Porsche Cayenne brake duct retrofit

Some Audi Q7 4m owners (2015-2019 model) have issues with overheating their brake discs when driving high speeds on the German autobahn.
The current Porsche Cayenne is based on the same platform and parts are interchangeable.
In this video I show you how to retrofit 4 air ducts on the Audi Q7 to provide some extra cooling for the brakes.
Porsche Partnumbers:
Luftführung oben (top airduct): 9Y0615447C / 9Y0615448C
Luftführung unten (lower airduct): 9Y0615447B / 9Y0615448B
4 x Kabelbinder 9A700837900
The 4 kabelbinder (fittings strips) are not neccesary. The strips (kabelbinders) are provided with the ducts.
In my case I had a problem with one of the binders so I was happy to have ordered the extra binders.

I had some overheating issues with my brakes on the German autobahn. Since mounting these ducts i have no more black/blue brakediscs after a high speed drive and better brake perfomance when braking above 200km/h.

Wat doet een brake duct?

Lucht naar de remschijven geleiden. Daardoor blijven ze koeler, dus hopelijk geen zwarte schijven meer na een ritje door Duitsland.
