I even likened it to Die Hard the way it had so many twists and turns and the gorgeous Charlize Theron and the always brilliant Gary Sinise along with Ben Affleck. The only criticism I can find is the last shot of the film (spoiler alert) where Affleck looks like deranged Schwarzenegger. But I guess walking through miles of snow-covered countryside giving away money will do that to you.

the movie was fine till the twist ending. I mean that so serious planning that involve a lot of thing to go just right for it to work. I mean for the start you need ben character to want to shag a friend's gf after he got shank in prison. I mean he could had easily had ignore her and gone home or at least told her who he was and what happen to her bf.

I haven't seen all of Surviving Christmas, so I couldn't fairly answer that question. But I do like a lot of parts of BvS, I'm just not fond of it as a whole.
Only thing I change is Nick Cassidy stays dead and Gabriel is the main bad guy till the end and also Rudy’s past is not revealed till the end he’s really a very ruthless man with a short temper.
