    10.5-11 is the average male foot size in the US. I don't know why that's exactly where binding companies decide to make the split between medium and large. If 10.5-11 is the average, then bindings should be sized to have that boot size square in the middle of one of their binding sizes.

      I learned my lesson the hard way. Do NOT trust companies’ size chart. My boot size is in the lower-middle end of the range for a medium based the company’s chart. I bought the bindings and my boots don’t fit at all! The heels will go in if I push real hard, but that leaves a mark on my boots and I can feel the bindings pinching my heels. I have the same brand for my boots and my bindings btw, so they can’t even get the size right with their own boots… it’s really f*cked up.
