    Guys my 2020 Honda accord two rims were stolen it. I’m worrying it they will do that again. Is RIMGARD WHEEL LOCK really helpful who has a feedback?

    Can't they just cut each spot that covers the lug nuts with a circular saw? I mean that's what I would do especially since it's made of aluminum

    • @iftibashir
      @iftibashir  2 роки тому

      It's whether they have the time and patience to do that with each wheel - on top of that there's the noise etc too. After which they need to remove the locking nuts that are underneath......

    • @NZ2STROKE

      They can be popped off with a pry bar in under a min per wheel

    They still don't have Mustangs or Challenger wheel locks

  • @SmileyManPrince

    Yea all they have to do is high impact drill the key hole and boom it’s a car on bricks. But at the same time it will take some time, and a lot of noise would be heard. But I’ve seen how some thieves steal rims on camera, not gonna give any other thieves online some ideas so I’m not gonna mention it.

      I guess professional thieves can get around most anti-theft measures - however trying to delay and make the job harder would help put most common thieves off......well, I would hope so! lol

      @@iftibashir haha you’re right, most thieves won’t go through the hassle in a populated neighborhood to make that much noise for some rims 😂

      A lot of locks of houses are opened that way, it does make some sound, but not a lot.

    What if you get a flat and don’t have the key with you ? These look great but anything else I have to remember is a worry for me. I’ve got runflats but could imagine being stuck with a flat if the key was not in the car.

    • @iftibashir
      @iftibashir  4 роки тому +4

      I keep the key separate to my car key on the same bunch as my house keys, which are always usually with me regardless.
      I guess you could keep the key in your car along with the locking nut, as anyone would have to break into the car to get the locking nut and key in the first instance......

      I am planning on keeping the key with my house keys together and not with my car keys, that goes where I go.

      Just keep the key and tools needed in a small bag in the trunk or center console

      You would have to be a fool to not keep one of the keys in the car or on your car key keychain... Asking that question let's everyone know you're a fool. Lol

    Way Too Expensive..

    • @iftibashir
      @iftibashir  2 роки тому

      It is quite expensive for what it is, I admit. Although its cheaper then a single tire on my vehicle let alone the wheel itself!

  • @bindingcurve

    Because they are made of aluminum, you will beak your tool. Are you daft or just trying too hard to sell these?

    • @iftibashir
      @iftibashir  3 роки тому

      I have no affiliation with the company whatsoever. I do not care whether they sell or not. I'm just airing my thoughts, and the company's claims.
      Nevertheless, thank you for your comment.

    I wanted these being that I have a popular car that gets its wheels stolen: Toyota Camry. Trouble is, Rim Guard doesnt make ones for Toyota. Why, I dunno? If you drive a Toyota, look else where.

    Waste of money.
    Only an idiot would buy wheel locks.
