[TEL Rationalisation]:Phase 1

LTA is back on striking Buses once again.
As the Thomson East Coast Line opened,LTA offically started their Rationalisation for the TEL.
Phase 1 affected a few services,which are,162/162M,75,859,121 & 900/900A.
162 was admended to serve Sin Ming [via Marymount MRT] instead of Shenton Way
75 was admended to ply Bukit Merah Int [via Kim Tian Rd] instead of Marina Centre Terminal
859 was admended to ply Canberra Link as to replace 167's route(167 survived but under 30 Minutes Frequency).
121 was admended to end at Shenton Way Term, skipping Kampong Bahru Term as to replace the lost sectors of 75 [and future 167].
900 was admended to serve Woodlands Ave 1 replacing the old 900A aswell.
Unfortunately,we also had to bid farewell to 2 of our services,162M and 900A.

Rationalisation is when an MRT Line is being introduced,LTA with then choose a certain amount of services to either withdrawn, extend or shorten.As of Phase 2,not to sure when but TEL Railtination Phase 2 is likely after TEL stage 4 starts or something
