Easy Pumpkin cupcakes

The pumpkin cupcakes recipe:
1 box of Betty Crocker Spice Cake Mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 15oz can of 100% pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
*You can substitute the Spice Cake Mix for yellow or white cake mix and add 1 tsp ground cinnamon and 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice.
Fill cupcake pans half full. Cook at 350 for 12 minutes or until done.

I use that Vanilla alot.
You can't beat it for .98 at Walmart and it doesn't bake out. I also add it to my regular vanilla.

Instead of oil u can use apple sause
