    The classic Ackee and Saltfish and Jerk is synonymous with Jamaica, and this recipe plays homage to these unique flavours. This is the vegan spin on the traditional ackee and saltfish with Jerk seasoning, taking it to another level. Filled with herb, spice and jackfruit this dish is perfect for vegan and non vegan. I use grace mild jerk seasoning but for those who love the heat you can use regular jerk seasoning or add some scotch bonnet pepper.
