Vegan Ackee and Salted Jackfruit

2 cans UNRIPE Jackfruit
8 cups regular water or seamoss water
3 - 4 tbsps sea salt
cooking spray
Cooking oil of your choice
1 small Onion, sliced
Bell peppers, julienne
2 stalks scallion, diced
Scotchbonnet pepper, sliced or diced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tomato, diced
Fresh thyme leaves or sprig
All purpose seasoning to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste

I am super confused i living an a country that grows jackfruit I am wondering which part of the jackfruit is this 😂 u ppl were tricked

Jamaica grows jackfruit as well 😁 This is not ripe. This is green jackfruit that has been brined and canned 😁
