Using a teaspoon, fill with around 7.5g-8.5g of ground coffee. Tamp lightly, filling the capsule to two-thirds capacity. Please note: Over-filling or under-filling may cause the cover to open during the brewing process.
I have this but I’ve learn over time how to use without any issues. The key is to not overfill the metal pod. Also pro tip I’ve opened the old used pods and throw out the old coffee. Just count out the poster plaster then remove the inner thin plastic perforated film and clean then use with the silicone lid. Trust me it works better than the metal pod.
