I worked for Nestle for 11 years. They definitely don't put much effort into sustainability or environmental impact. Production always took precedents.
It would help if you looked at Nestle's history not only with chocolate and worker exploration but also with modern slavery. But the worst in my opinion is the baby powder formula mild scandal in Mexico
Our local municipality accepts Nespresso pods in our recycling bins, prior to that, we always sent the used pods back, free of charge, in bags provided by Nestle. It’s not Nestle that failed, it’s people who couldn’t be bothered to collect and send back the used pods free of charge: maybe some of you whining in the comment section.
Believe the hype and get what you paid for.. For over 10 yrs I've roasted purchased green beans using a heat gun mounted to a bread machine. With a decent grinder and expresso machine you will never buy store sold coffee again. Over the time I've roasted way over 200 kg of many various type of single origin green beans, using the same DIY adjustable heatgun and a converted for purpose cheap 2nd hand breadmaker appliance.
Big corp cares about shareholders and C suite bonuses. Its basically a pretty sociopathic mindset. Care for yourself and for those you can use for your own benefit.
Its Nov. 20204 and I can easily afford a Nespresso machine but decided NO - will rather go to a decent coffee shop and order a Cuppucino or Cafe Late than spoiling this taste at home.
Best coffee method in the world: boil water, throw in fresh coffee, water then foams ,pour through a coffee strainer into cup, perfect. This method is not for idiots.
Only wannabes who can't stretch to an automatic bean to cup machine buy a Pod machine. If you're serious about your coffee, £1000+ is the minimum you should be spending. When you're an aficionado, then you get a manual top quality machine, like a Gaggia. For those of us who can't ba arsed with the tamping, a fully automatic B2C machine is the way to go., They pay for themselves in the long run whilst allowing you to self-blend and produce a repertoire of specialist drinks.
are you a supporter of Nespresso?
absolutely not
of course... NOT!
I avoid everything that is nestle`
Not
Unfortunately inside those capsule there is a mix of cheap coffee and other cheap products

In the process we drink alluminium together with coffee

Or the stated belief of their evil looking ceo that access to water is not/should not be a human right. Been boycotting nestle` ever since.
Some might say that this is a very expensive way of drinking sub-standard coffee. I couldn't possibly comment!
Nestle is simply a chemical giant.
They specialize in UPF production. Yes, many low quality, unhealthy ingredients are major inputs to their recipes both for human and pet consumption.
Fine presentation. Funny how it's always those people and commercial entities and groups who promise the loudest that end up being the worst.

You don’t live in an isolated world, Nespresso is sold in many countries with no such return and recycling facilities.
Personally, I intensly dislike the taste of Nesoresso....yuck!

I doubt whether people care about the environment. I see single use coffee cups on tv at work throw away. Most people don't care
Yeah, I gave away my Keurig and went back to instant.

Get a manual coffee press and learn how to make coffee yourself. It will be miles better than anything you can get from cafes

Fresh coffee?! Ehh, is not fresh, is processed coffee beans and is not healthy
3:30 what on earth was the lady lab tech doing??? Lol!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Aluminium can be recycled and turn into other products. Is the consumer that stops this by throwing it away
I recycled Nespresso capsules, now i have a fully automatic coffed machine where i use beans.
If they need a famous actor to brand there goods then that should send warning bells to your brain. 😮 A good product sells itself.😊
I love Clooney❤✌️
So, the Oscar goes to?
But a real Italian coffee machine, just neans, period.
And is the original thing.
Ojú con la cia, no deja ningún actor vivo
Congrats to Nespresso. A quality product easily deserves priority over the pseudo-science rubbish of the fraudulent environmentalists.
You have never worked inside a factory have you.

U can spend a lot less on a briel portuguese coffee machine
Not a word for nespresso's coffee. Your presentation sucks.
