this is my Angel/Demon AU where attorneys are half-angels/priests and prosecutors are half-incubi/succubi

I love the little details of Kristoph's halo not floating anymore, the feathers starting to fall, and the shadows cast of his wings in parts- Great foreshadowing for that ending!

The visuals are so clean, the use of color is stunning, the storytelling is capturing... I can't even begin to think how much work must have went into this!
And the AU idea is really cool! I've seen AA Angel/Demon AUs before, but this one has a certain twist because of Kristoph seeming outright demonic towards the end. I think it's especially interesting due to the clear distinction between half-angel/priest and incubi/succubi according to their profession in canon, because that would imply that that the Gavins are angel-demon hybrids. It also makes me wonder about the Gramarye bloodline. I'm guessing that their little feud has to do with forbidden love in this AU too, but if so, was it because of an angel loving a human? If there are so many half-angels (nephilim?) what kind of relationsships are even tolerated in this universe? Do humans have a different opinion on these kinds of arrangements than angels have? There are so many questions on my mind right now!
I'm really hoping that we'll see more of this AU in the future because this is really f*cking good.
(And yes, I also appreciate that you're doing so much built around AA:AJ, because that game (and the Gavin brothers) are still underrated af. Big respect and love.)

DUDE- I've been falling down a rabbit hole of Ace Attorney stuff(even tho I'm not in the fandom), and I stumbled across this. I DIDN'T KNOW I WOULD FIND A MASTERPIECE- I- I have no words. It's so well made! The story, the art, heck- even the lighting! It's mesmerizing.

I finally watched a play through of aa4, so I understand Kristoph a lot better, and HOLY MOLY, this song fits so well! I love the idea of Kris obsessing over Phoenix in like... a thirsty way (I get his original motive was wanting money or fame or whatever and he killed for it bc he’s a literal psychopath, but I like the thirst thing better bc the dynamic’s potential).
Kristoph is my favorite villain, along with Matt, bc they completely turned the game around (ha) in both cases. He’s just such a good villain, and his breakdown is my FAVORITE. I wish I could do a dub of it, but alas, I am not a deep-voiced man. Could do a genderbend, but I don’t have the voice for it :(
I love your art style so much. You have such a good grasp on perspective, lighting, cinematography, etc. my favorite shots are 2:14, 3:20, and 3:46. The only thing I wish you’d done differently is incorporating Kristoph’s messed up hand thingy, bc that is very fitting with the devil/demon thing. Everything else is *chef’s kiss*

That gave me more chills then the original... I especially liked the fact that he's halo slowly falling down... AND Apollo's run to warn the others... That was the part where it showed how twisted and wierd it is and how urgent this is to tell them especially with that face of "He's gonna burn the city just to find him! Oh no..." That part gave me chills....

Sexy Phoenix is always so funny to me because he is just... not my type. At all. To portray him as attractive feels like a joke every single time. That said, this is a very well drawn animatic! Loved it completely!

THE ART IS SO GORGEOUS AND MY GOD THE SONG, THEIR EXPRESSIONS, KRISTOPHS WINGS TURNING INTO DEVIL WINGS, ITS AWESOME
I get that this is an AU heavily based on fan headcanon, but I can't help but notice that this song PERFECTLY encapsulates Kristoph's character. He has the biggest superiority complex in the games. Straight from the horse's mouth, "There is only room for two in this court: Me, and the law! Keep the riff-raff out! Out, I say!" He literally views himself as purer than the common, vulgar, weak, licentious crowd. His obsession with Phoenix Wright and his use of Apollo Justice to get back at Wright are also perfectly communicated here.

I just started playing apollo justice but I got some weird vibes from kristoph and Phoenix I feel like they have some twisted relationship were they try to keep an eye on the other one ( also kristoph is super intimidating good lord )
