One interesting thing that i don’t think anyone has pointed out yet: in the mock trial that Phoenix wins, Edgeworth is defending, and Wright is prosecuting
I mean, half of his job is prosecuting someone the take place of the defendant. Focusing only on prosecuting would make him invincible (Edit: haha can’t believe I accidentally typed ‘ *talk* the place of *his* defendant.’ whoops.)

this comparison is the single reason I convinced my friend to watch the ace attorney anime with me. He is obsessed with legally blonde, the movies and the musical lol. I said "its legally blonde but the guy goes to law school for his childhood best friend bc 'I can fix him'" and it worked
I adore this musical more than any reasonable human being should and I love Ace Attorney so much and this was just a wonderful experience, thank you SO much for making this (and for doing the entirety of a fantastic song!!)

Like for Elle the most important person at Harvard is Emmett but for Phoenix it would be Miles and Mia but I also like the idea of Nick and Miles being rivals in the beginning. So basically if the character fits I put them there

Well this is based on a wrightworth fanfic though I can see how well klapolo fits the story. I haven't finished AA4 so I don't really know a lot about klapolo content lol

That wasn't a mistake. I based it on a ace attorney legally blonde fanfic so some characters get mixed with others. To be honest this ended up being a how badly can I fuck up both legally blonde and ace attorney canons challenge lol

In the original legally blonde movie, Elle realizes that she’ll never be “good enough” for Warner and gets over it and decides on her own that she was gonna start working her ass off. This song strips Elle of her agency by having Emmett be the one to pull her out of her moping and forcing her to get serious.
