Zoro’s new bounty is a pun on his name. There is a term called “Zorome”, which means snake eyes in dice game. His birthday 11/11 falls into this logic. The way Japanese people read number digits is different from English using countries. They read this bounty as “11 oku 1100 man”. So it looks more obvious for Japanese readers to find out the pun.
Honestly the instant I saw it I looked up what it translated into in binary thinking it was something like this, I'm glad it was a little code just in a different way
my theory is that there is 1 marine in charge of all the bounties and he or she loves cute animals doesnt want any harm to them so sets the bounty low to avoid potential threats

I think that the only other person who would have joined together would have been shanks, because he is the kind of guy that only respects the strongs and the one with a great ambition who don't bother him and let him be free to live as he please in peace. He only accepted Crocodile proposal because he basically said we make an alliance out of common interest but you don't have to trust me and you can do as you please as long the world knows we are allied.

Shanks wanted mihawk to join him as his right hand man…….. that’s when mihawk said “only if you can defeat me, I won’t follow anyone weaker!” And thus began their legendary duels. But in the end it always ended in draws(maybe a win for mihawk?) so he never joined shanks. I think that’s why mihawk was so angry and kinda pissed off when shanks lost his arm. Maybe deep down he actually wanted to join shanks and become his right hand man. But shanks losing his arm ruined everything. Just my theory
Luffy actually had the smallest increase in bounty, just a measily x2, everyone else got a better deal, the best deal was for chopper with a whopping x10 to his original bounty.

Something came to my attention recently: Did Luffy, Zoro, Nami, and Jinbe ever tell the others the whole story about Buggy? I checked the Loguetown arc. Luffy, Zoro, and Nami never gave a full explanation of Buggy to Sanji and Usopp. From their perspective, this man captured Luffy, only failed to kill him due to an unexpected lighting strike, teamed up with him to lead a mass Impel Down breakout, stormed Marineford with him, became a Warlord, and then teamed up with Crocodile and Mihawk to become a Yonko. This is a rare case where Luffy of all people probably knows more than someone like Robin.

This chapter really brought me back to traditional one piece. I love when they’re on the islands, traveling with new people and all the epic moments. But having only the crew on board and seeing them interact with each other is awesome and is what made me love one piece in the first place
It's been so long since it was just the strawhats, literally a whole decade since just the strawhats traveled by themselves, and for the final saga, this feels right, it sucks we didn't get any new members join, technically jimbe did officially join them right before the fight on onigashima, but we all kinda expected a new member like carrot or yamato

When the full crew gets bounty increases just by being strawhats, it's usually 10% of Luffy's new bounty. (Like Nami +50M after Dressrossa or the +300M in this chapter)

Maybe the WG refuses to acknowledge the existence of minks as people. Thus Chopper and Bepo's pet classification. Maybe the only Reason Pekoms has a real bounty is because the WG knows he has a zoan fruit, mistakes his mink body for his fruit power, and doesn't know he is a mink. They may also have made that mistake with Pedro and his crew. Merfolk are all over the world, so it is hard to ignore their existence, but minks are not around the world as much, so maybe the WG can afford to ignore them.
People knows about minks in the grand line, funny enough at the slave market only get 700k berry as start. They are well known for being violent and dangerous to the common people like Cesar said in zou. The WG at least acknowledge that they are a independent country that they don't want to meddle with like elbaf, wano or Amazon lily before because their strength differently from the other unaffiliated countries which are attacked and put at labour.

I still can't get enough of buggy failing upwards, his bounty, mihawk's, and crocodile's make so much sense because their combined political power is really starting to set in. Seeing the crew having some laughs was also much needed after the ending of wano didn't really give us a whole lot of time to cool off. I'm extremely glad that Robin is finally acknowledged as a larger threat, and her bounty reflects this well. Overall, great chapter. I give it a 9/10 mostly because I would have liked to see at least some marine bounties, though I assume we'll see them in future chapters.
The marine bounties mean absolutely nothing. No one would be collecting them. And most of these bounties would be based on buggys or crocodile knowledge. Of said marine.
I feel like they kinda calculate Chopper’s bounty by size like how you buy meat in the market. He’s small in his bounty picture so maybe the Marine is like he looks like he weighs 50 pound, so 50beli.

Thinking about Bounties, I realised something: I don't THINK all Navy Bases would simply have hundreds of millions of berries stored in case some Bounty Hunter comes with the head of a frigging Supernova. If one of them does, then they would detain the Supernova, call for backup, wait until reinforces and specialists of the Marine and the money come to the Base (Easier to defend a fortified location on land from pirate attacks taht may come to break him free), and then take the Supernova to Impel Down from there. Meanwhile, the Bounty Hunter would need to wait on the island, maybe given a bit of a VIP treatment by the Marines but nothing too fancy, until the agents from a bigger Marine Base came. Let's say it would be a week or two of waiting there and keeping the Supernova secure. And during that time the Marine may be asking a lots of questions to verify if there is no sort of trick in the middle. So making this sort of plans to scam the Marine out of the money of a bounty would probably be REALLY hard and complicated.

I think it's still Vinsmoke Sanji on the poster. Nicknames like Black Leg, Staw Hat, etc. usually don't appear on their bounty posters. It's usually just their actual names (although there are exceptions like 'God' Usopp).
I'm pretty sure all the Strawhat bounties will be like collector's items. Luffy's Paradise journey took six months and he went through what, 4 bounties in that time? I'm sure his 30 million and 100 million bounty posters are not that easy to come by these days. Especially the 30 million one; I doubt they spread the posters of local pirates all over the 4 seas. That's a cool idea to think about honestly.
I'm sure the reason that Robins bounty is only now getting big increases is because as the crew rises to yonko status, being able to read poneglyphs is way more dangerous with a crew that has the ability to reach laugh tale, whereas before the marines weren't sure if they could do it, oh now they know

Mihawk’s description of the Marine invasion makes me believe even more that Hancock got captured. Mihawk didn’t really care about his home since the marines started coming and was fine with just leaving. Hancock, unlike the other Warlords, has a home that she can’t abandon as the Empress of Amazon Lily, and because of Vegapunk, the Calm Belt is no longer a viable deterrent. If the Marines are truly hellbent on capturing the former Warlords, the could send endless waves to wear down the Kuja’s defenses until they finally take the island and capture Hancock.
It's unlikely that boa was captured, she was in the top 3 between the warlord being how her power works is the most broken thing in one piece after the bari bari df defence. Amazon lily is one of the strongest places in one piece, the calm belt wasn't the only reason why they weren't attacked (even without the seaprison stone they could easily used sea monsters like the kuja do to don't attract the sea kings) despite being an independent pirate kingdom for centuries, the biggest threat is that the kuja have hundreds of warriors all capable of using haki and used to combat from young age their military forces is second only the entire marine (few ships aren't a threat for them), the yonko and probably the giant army (the one big mom wanted) and the minks. The marines can't continuously send more ships to capture them, because there are others threats, especially now that there is the cross guild that openly encourages people to fight and kill the marines. It would be more likely that after they would have sink the first 2 or 3 waves they will treat them like wano, zou or elbaf and how they were treated before boa entered into the warlord. Even buggy would have survived the attack, sure he would have to abandon the island and suffer some loss but his crew is strong enough to sink 5 or 6 battleships (he has at least 200 pirates with more than 15M bounty that would sacrifice themselves for him, and not to forget the power of the muggy balls).
It's really impossible to guess what's up with Hancock. I mean the calm belt is still an obstacle, the vice admiral who went to pick up Hancock for the war had to kill a sea king to protect the ship. Seaprism is camuflagem, not perfect invisibility. Plus I'd imagine that if Hancock was captured Luffy would immediately pivot to save her.
Chopper Title is Doctor. so marines knows that he's the strawhat ship doc, but they still think he's just a pet. Do the marines believe that the strawhat pirates are so unhinged and crazy that they're just letting their "pet" play doctor or something???

It is funny that mihawk wanted poster says marine hunter when his first appearance he was hunting a pirate (krieg) and zoros wanted poster says pirate hunter when his first appearance he defeated a marine (Morgan). Also I think oda has some plans with this title, because zoro hasn’t been chasing pirates like he did in the east blue, and a new title like the Kind of Hell Tekking mentioned before made a lot more of sense.

In the translation I saw Mihawk said the Marines kept coming to him. So how many Vice Admirals did he push back/defeat? I doubt they would sent 1 or 2 the first time and not send any the next. Granted could have been the same ones but they would of brought a larger force each time.

In buggy’s case yes. But mihawk has gained notoriety by himself since he was a pirate. I’m assuming he has always been by himself on the ocean. Usually it’s not just your deeds that make you an emperor level it’s who you know. Buggy ( from the world governments view) had several powerful pirates under his wing as well as the past of being in Rogers crew. Mihawk gained his bounty because he just hunted marines and was able to beat shanks
Zoro and Sanji's bounties are a reference to their birthdays. I just want to see the underworld and its members actually funding Cross Guild. I wonder if it is the underworld leaders. Mihawk's bounty being 3.59 almost guarentees EOS Zoro's bounty will be 3.6 billion (because of 36 pound cannon). I don't think we needed it but the confirmation that Mihawk is indeed the best swordsman was actually pretty cool and I don't think this necessarily contradicts Shanks's strength. I don't think showing up and firing off giant conqueror haki kamehameha lasers is exactly swordsmanship. I'm just happy to see Mihawk, Buggy and Crocodile interact. I really wanted Croc back in the story and now that he is, I'm happy. I don't even know why Sanji fans are mad. Sanji has only had the third highest bounty ONCE in the series. From his very first bounty, Sanji has ALWAYS had the fourth highest bounty. And he along with Chopper and Franky are among the Straw Hats that are never happy with their bounties. That's the gag. I have no idea why people are mad over Croc's bounty jump. It is pretty normal with the power creep in the series. Plus he did break out of Impel down and participated in Marineford and successfully escaped. I'm sure he got stronger and probably learned haki.
Well Croc has also clearing gotten stronger in the time skip. But also his bounty I think is more reflecting his intelligence in leading what is now a powerful organization, rather then his strength. They say as much. Bounties are not power levels.

Keep in mind that Pekoms and Pedro both have an over 300 mil bounty, so the World Government does acknowledge minks. So you may have a point with the Human-Human Fruit conspiracy.
It may be worth noting that both Pedro & Pekoms usually went about in a humanoid form. Both wear pants & appear to have a head of human hair. It's possible some don't realize they are minks but instead presume all the difference stem from a devil fruit.

Why would you go after a man who used to terrorise the entire World Government alone as the Marine Hunter, so much so that they had to make him a Warlord because they couldn't handle him? They could have found a way to set the warlords against other powerful pirates and then kill whoever wins while they were weak from fighting. I can see why they had to eventually, the warlords were always going to be loose ends if they survived fighting the Yonko and, in the end, they are pirates, but the way they decided to try and take care of this seemed rather poorly planned. They seem to have great confidence in the power they assume can replace them, but the question remains, is it confidence or arrogance? Strange how the two can be easily confused if one is not careful.

True, they increased all of the other straw hats by a ‘flat amount’, naturally it would make sense that any ‘officers’ among buggies or crocodiles men would receive flat increases too. The cross guild probably does have a higher bounty than the straw hats.
I love the dynamic between Crocodile and Mihawk. It shows that they respect each other and see each other as equals. Mihawk’s able to offer some pragmatic solutions to Crocodile, and Crocodile knows when someone is strong.
About chopper and bepo having too low bounties, what if it's racism? What if they don't want to acknowledge non humans to be more than pet? Fishmen do get bounties but they are the most active is trying to get them acknowledged to be intelligent species. 2 decades ago fishmen were just fish not men. Chopper is 1000 berries because of racism

I have seen the opposite of slander in some areas. I have seen people talking about how he’s stronger then shanks and is top 3 in all of one piece which is obviously a force and cap. But it is nice to finally get a bounty of his.

Here's what I think about Chopper's bounty. Chopper really hasn't done anything woefully wrong against the Marines beyond Ennis Lobby and he was hidden with Monster Point. Perhaps his scientific advancements, him helping all victims of illness, and him being a doctor mitigates how high his bounty is. That or is a significant clerical error that keeps happening with the Marines.
I agree with both of you. I think even the WG acknowledges that Chopper is not a bad person, he's just got a "guilt by association" even though Luffy has not done anything wrong himself, he's just been cleaning up the W.G.'s messes aka Arlong(I don't think that rat faced dingbat he was bribing got arrested for corruption), Crocodile, and Doflamingo. On top of that he, Law, and Kid deposed two of the biggest tyrants their world has ever seen in Kaido and Big Mom.

The best reasoning I could have for Franky’s situation is that since he’s the shipwright for the Sunny, getting hold of the ship may be on par with getting Franky? Especially if they understand that Franky is a cyborg, then they may fear the kind of technology that he has on the ship.
As for the sunny franky theory, someone has to fight Sanjuan wolf and I think the franky shogun plus Sunny would be a good enough size to put up an epic gundum like fight or like the tailed beasts and susanoo
Or, Franky modifies and combines multiple ally ships into one humongous mecha the size of oars. Oars dwarfed the Sunny, and Sanjuan Wolf is even bigger. Crocodile and Mihawk deserve the massive bounty buffs. Their bounties were frozen from very early in the story and now this shows their importance / impact in the story.

one weird thing i just noticed, luffy has his eyes closed in all of his bounty posters, in his original they're closed with his hand out to the camera, as was the new one after the time skip, and in his newest onehis hand is covering his head, and he's laughing with his eyes closed, I can't recall all the bounty pictures, but afaik Luffy is the only character treated this way.
A lot of their wanted posters have consistency to them. Nami's is always a candid photo she lets someone take of her, Usopp is always hard to recognize (Sniper King mask vs. God Usopp bloody af), Franky gets General Franky'd then Sunny'd so he's only had a wanted poster with his face on it once, Robin's always have her eyes looking to the side, Sanji always has gag photos, etc.
As a big Robin fan, I agree or disagree. I think 930 million is very solid for her. I'm happy with it and her bounty went up much higher than I expected and she deserves this because of her literally being the key to reaching Laughtale being one of the two only people alive currently in the story that we know of that can read the Ponyglyphs aside from Sukiyaki.

Robin defeated Black Maria who was worth 480 million and she got 930 million after Wano. 130 million to 930 million is the second single biggest jump in the series, at least for verified bounties. It's only beaten by Buggy D. An 800 million LEGITIMATE increase is insane!

Chopper is an extremely brilliant doctor and field medic who cares for wounded civilians and marines where ever he goes. The Marines don't want him captured injured or executed and that is why (in universe) Tony Tony Chopper has such a low bounty.
I imagine that Crocodile's bounty, when Baroque Works was at the height of it's power, would sit around 150m, and when he escapes Impel Down, they sit him at 250m. Then, Marineford happens, and the government sees Crocodile fight alongside Luffy, saving Ace, going toe to toe with Mihawk, Doflamingo, and even Akainu, his bounty would probably hit AT LEAST 600m, maybe even 750m
His bounty was frozen likely 11 years before right now as all the other warlords when they were established, so his bounty should have been raised for what he did in those 8 years before the baroque works started the plan, if someone as moria had 320M as a rookie he would have been higher than him at that point being an well known pirate in the world.

Zoro’s new bounty is a pun on his name. There is a term called “Zorome”, which means snake eyes in dice game. His birthday 11/11 falls into this logic. The way Japanese people read number digits is different from English using countries. They read this bounty as “11 oku 1100 man”. So it looks more obvious for Japanese readers to find out the pun.

Did Luffy, Zoro, Nami, and Jinbe ever tell the others the whole story about Buggy?
I checked the Loguetown arc. Luffy, Zoro, and Nami never gave a full explanation of Buggy to Sanji and Usopp.
From their perspective, this man captured Luffy, only failed to kill him due to an unexpected lighting strike, teamed up with him to lead a mass Impel Down breakout, stormed Marineford with him, became a Warlord, and then teamed up with Crocodile and Mihawk to become a Yonko.
This is a rare case where Luffy of all people probably knows more than someone like Robin.

This chapter really brought me back to traditional one piece. I love when they’re on the islands, traveling with new people and all the epic moments. But having only the crew on board and seeing them interact with each other is awesome and is what made me love one piece in the first place

Merfolk are all over the world, so it is hard to ignore their existence, but minks are not around the world as much, so maybe the WG can afford to ignore them.
People knows about minks in the grand line, funny enough at the slave market only get 700k berry as start. The WG at least acknowledge that they are a independent country that they don't want to meddle with like elbaf, wano or Amazon lily before because their strength differently from the other unaffiliated countries which are attacked and put at labour.

I still can't get enough of buggy failing upwards, his bounty, mihawk's, and crocodile's make so much sense because their combined political power is really starting to set in. Seeing the crew having some laughs was also much needed after the ending of wano didn't really give us a whole lot of time to cool off. I'm extremely glad that Robin is finally acknowledged as a larger threat, and her bounty reflects this well. Overall, great chapter. I give it a 9/10 mostly because I would have liked to see at least some marine bounties, though I assume we'll see them in future chapters.

Thinking about Bounties, I realised something:
I don't THINK all Navy Bases would simply have hundreds of millions of berries stored in case some Bounty Hunter comes with the head of a frigging Supernova.
If one of them does, then they would detain the Supernova, call for backup, wait until reinforces and specialists of the Marine and the money come to the Base (Easier to defend a fortified location on land from pirate attacks taht may come to break him free), and then take the Supernova to Impel Down from there.
Meanwhile, the Bounty Hunter would need to wait on the island, maybe given a bit of a VIP treatment by the Marines but nothing too fancy, until the agents from a bigger Marine Base came. Let's say it would be a week or two of waiting there and keeping the Supernova secure. And during that time the Marine may be asking a lots of questions to verify if there is no sort of trick in the middle.
So making this sort of plans to scam the Marine out of the money of a bounty would probably be REALLY hard and complicated.
My theory for Franky’s poster being the Sunny is that Oda just really liked the dark timeline Battle Franky idea and wanted to bring it into canon somehow lol

I think it's still Vinsmoke Sanji on the poster. Nicknames like Black Leg, Staw Hat, etc. usually don't appear on their bounty posters. It's usually just their actual names (although there are exceptions like 'God' Usopp).
I'm pretty sure all the Strawhat bounties will be like collector's items. Luffy's Paradise journey took six months and he went through what, 4 bounties in that time? I'm sure his 30 million and 100 million bounty posters are not that easy to come by these days. Especially the 30 million one; I doubt they spread the posters of local pirates all over the 4 seas.

Mihawk’s description of the Marine invasion makes me believe even more that Hancock got captured. Mihawk didn’t really care about his home since the marines started coming and was fine with just leaving. Hancock, unlike the other Warlords, has a home that she can’t abandon as the Empress of Amazon Lily, and because of Vegapunk, the Calm Belt is no longer a viable deterrent. If the Marines are truly hellbent on capturing the former Warlords, the could send endless waves to wear down the Kuja’s defenses until they finally take the island and capture Hancock.
It's unlikely that boa was captured, she was in the top 3 between the warlord being how her power works is the most broken thing in one piece after the bari bari df defence.
Amazon lily is one of the strongest places in one piece, the calm belt wasn't the only reason why they weren't attacked (even without the seaprison stone they could easily used sea monsters like the kuja do to don't attract the sea kings) despite being an independent pirate kingdom for centuries, the biggest threat is that the kuja have hundreds of warriors all capable of using haki and used to combat from young age their military forces is second only the entire marine (few ships aren't a threat for them), the yonko and probably the giant army (the one big mom wanted) and the minks.
The marines can't continuously send more ships to capture them, because there are others threats, especially now that there is the cross guild that openly encourages people to fight and kill the marines. It would be more likely that after they would have sink the first 2 or 3 waves they will treat them like wano, zou or elbaf and how they were treated before boa entered into the warlord.
Even buggy would have survived the attack, sure he would have to abandon the island and suffer some loss but his crew is strong enough to sink 5 or 6 battleships (he has at least 200 pirates with more than 15M bounty that would sacrifice themselves for him, and not to forget the power of the muggy balls).

It's really impossible to guess what's up with Hancock. I mean the calm belt is still an obstacle, the vice admiral who went to pick up Hancock for the war had to kill a sea king to protect the ship. Seaprism is camuflagem, not perfect invisibility.
Plus I'd imagine that if Hancock was captured Luffy would immediately pivot to save her.

In buggy’s case yes. But mihawk has gained notoriety by himself since he was a pirate. I’m assuming he has always been by himself on the ocean. Usually it’s not just your deeds that make you an emperor level it’s who you know. Buggy ( from the world governments view) had several powerful pirates under his wing as well as the past of being in Rogers crew. Mihawk gained his bounty because he just hunted marines and was able to beat shanks

Zoro and Sanji's bounties are a reference to their birthdays. I just want to see the underworld and its members actually funding Cross Guild. I wonder if it is the underworld leaders. Mihawk's bounty being 3.59 almost guarentees EOS Zoro's bounty will be 3.6 billion (because of 36 pound cannon). I don't think we needed it but the confirmation that Mihawk is indeed the best swordsman was actually pretty cool and I don't think this necessarily contradicts Shanks's strength. I don't think showing up and firing off giant conqueror haki kamehameha lasers is exactly swordsmanship. I'm just happy to see Mihawk, Buggy and Crocodile interact. I really wanted Croc back in the story and now that he is, I'm happy. I don't even know why Sanji fans are mad. Sanji has only had the third highest bounty ONCE in the series. From his very first bounty, Sanji has ALWAYS had the fourth highest bounty. And he along with Chopper and Franky are among the Straw Hats that are never happy with their bounties. That's the gag. I have no idea why people are mad over Croc's bounty jump. It is pretty normal with the power creep in the series. Plus he did break out of Impel down and participated in Marineford and successfully escaped. I'm sure he got stronger and probably learned haki.
Well Croc has also clearing gotten stronger in the time skip. But also his bounty I think is more reflecting his intelligence in leading what is now a powerful organization, rather then his strength. They say as much.

They could have found a way to set the warlords against other powerful pirates and then kill whoever wins while they were weak from fighting. I can see why they had to eventually, the warlords were always going to be loose ends if they survived fighting the Yonko and, in the end, they are pirates, but the way they decided to try and take care of this seemed rather poorly planned. They seem to have great confidence in the power they assume can replace them, but the question remains, is it confidence or arrogance? Strange how the two can be easily confused if one is not careful.

True, they increased all of the other straw hats by a ‘flat amount’, naturally it would make sense that any ‘officers’ among buggies or crocodiles men would receive flat increases too. The cross guild probably does have a higher bounty than the straw hats.
I love the dynamic between Crocodile and Mihawk. It shows that they respect each other and see each other as equals. Mihawk’s able to offer some pragmatic solutions to Crocodile, and Crocodile knows when someone is strong.
Zoro's bounty is a binary number equivalent to 780 which is the increase of his bounty from 320M to a little more than 1.1B
About chopper and bepo having too low bounties, what if it's racism? What if they don't want to acknowledge non humans to be more than pet? Fishmen do get bounties but they are the most active is trying to get them acknowledged to be intelligent species. 2 decades ago fishmen were just fish not men. Here's what I think about Chopper's bounty. Chopper really hasn't done anything woefully wrong against the Marines beyond Ennis Lobby and he was hidden with Monster Point. Perhaps his scientific advancements, him helping all victims of illness, and him being a doctor mitigates how high his bounty is. That or is a significant clerical error that keeps happening with the Marines.

I think even the WG acknowledges that Chopper is not a bad person, he's just got a "guilt by association" even though Luffy has not done anything wrong himself, he's just been cleaning up the W.G.'s messes aka Arlong(I don't think that rat faced dingbat he was bribing got arrested for corruption), Crocodile, and Doflamingo. On top of that he, Law, and Kid deposed two of the biggest tyrants their world has ever seen in Kaido and Big Mom.

The best reasoning I could have for Franky’s situation is that since he’s the shipwright for the Sunny, getting hold of the ship may be on par with getting Franky? Especially if they understand that Franky is a cyborg, then they may fear the kind of technology that he has on the ship.
As for the sunny franky theory, someone has to fight Sanjuan wolf and I think the franky shogun plus Sunny would be a good enough size to put up an epic gundum like fight or like the tailed beasts and susanoo

Crocodile and Mihawk deserve the massive bounty buffs. Their bounties were frozen from very early in the story and now this shows their importance / impact in the story.

one weird thing i just noticed, luffy has his eyes closed in all of his bounty posters, in his original they're closed with his hand out to the camera, as was the new one after the time skip, and in his newest onehis hand is covering his head, and he's laughing with his eyes closed, I can't recall all the bounty pictures, but afaik Luffy is the only character treated this way.
A lot of their wanted posters have consistency to them. Nami's is always a candid photo she lets someone take of her, Usopp is always hard to recognize (Sniper King mask vs. God Usopp bloody af), Franky gets General Franky'd then Sunny'd so he's only had a wanted poster with his face on it once, Robin's always have her eyes looking to the side, Sanji always has gag photos, etc.
I wouldn't be surprised if BB has a new bounty at this point. He's probably managed to accomplish whatever his goal was right after the Reverie.
With the whole world's attention elsewhere, it would be the perfect time for him to take action.

As a big Robin fan, I agree or disagree. I think 930 million is very solid for her. I'm happy with it and her bounty went up much higher than I expected and she deserves this because of her literally being the key to reaching Laughtale being one of the two only people alive currently in the story that we know of that can read the Ponyglyphs aside from Sukiyaki.
Bounties represent both strength and threat. Her threat level second only to Luffy on the crew but her strength is where she ranks.

Robin defeated Black Maria who was worth 480 million and she got 930 million after Wano. That's double Black Maria's which is I think reason being is because of the Strawhats getting dangerously close to reaching Laughtale which the World Government is taking them more seriously now.
130 million to 930 million is the second single biggest jump in the series, at least for verified bounties. It's only beaten by Buggy D. Clown, and we know that's a joke bounty no matter how much we love him. Oh and of course Luffy with 500 mil to 1.5 bil, but that was influenced by falsehoods as well. An 800 million LEGITIMATE increase is insane!
They underpaying for luffy as well. That's the point I guess they just didn't wanna cause more attention be drawn to these people who are connected to the one piece and the void century. If they paid more for her everyone would be asking why? And that's something the elder obviously don't want.

Chopper is an extremely brilliant doctor and field medic who cares for wounded civilians and marines where ever he goes. The Marines don't want him captured injured or executed and that is why (in universe) Tony Tony Chopper has such a low bounty.
I imagine that Crocodile's bounty, when Baroque Works was at the height of it's power, would sit around 150m, and when he escapes Impel Down, they sit him at 250m. Then, Marineford happens, and the government sees Crocodile fight alongside Luffy, saving Ace, going toe to toe with Mihawk, Doflamingo, and even Akainu, his bounty would probably hit AT LEAST 600m, maybe even 750m
His bounty was frozen likely 11 years before right now as all the other warlords when they were established, so his bounty should have been raised for what he did in those 8 years before the baroque works started the plan, if someone as moria had 320M as a rookie he would have been higher than him at that point being an well known pirate in the world.
