Thank you so much. I am probably not old enough to be a grandma. I had my daughter when I was 18 and she had her first at 17. So, my oldest grandson is will be 10 in May and I am a young grandma! I love it! ♥

I’m so proud of you for losing all of that weight! You have dealt with a lot in your life, yet you continue to persevere. I lost my brother suddenly, in 2017 and my dad last April. Now my mom is slowly declining. I pulled my coloring books out to deal with the stress also.
I'm so sorry to hear this. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. It's so difficult to go through all these things in such a short timeline. Prayers to you. Enjoy your coloring books. They bring so much peace and sometimes that's just what we need.

You have come through such a journey and are now so willing to be vulnerable and open! 😲 You are an inspiration!! 💖 How did you lose the weight - what program exactly? I have been overweight most of my life except for a few teen years and used to be 5'6". I am over 300 lbs now. I have children who are 36, 24, 12 & and 10, all with mental health issues. The last two are adopted. We knew they would likely have significant mental health issues. My role is the glue for the family... 🤪 My 10 year old had been doing really well with gymnastics, but this fall, her mental health suddenly took a nose dive. She quit gymnastics and even spent 2 stays in the hospital for acute mental health issues. She is still very unsteady, but we are working on it. Meanwhile, my hubby has had both knees replaced. It has been a very challenging last half of the year. Thank you for doing what you can to motivate us!! 🤗
Oh goodness! That’s so much to go through. Prayers to you and your family. I totally get it because I’m the “glue” that keeps everything together here too. To answer your question, I lost the weight after being obese my entire life. I counted calories using an app, worked out (lots of heavy weight lifting and boxing for cardio). Today I still do the same. I follow my own program for weight loss that I’ve also coached thousands of other women who have struggled with weight their entire lives like me. I’m a certified Health Coach. I’ve been doing it now for over 9 years.
@PamelasPassionforPencils Everyone gets their own special struggles in life. I'm not sure why God thought I could handle mental health issues, but he certainly blessed me with them. The glue can feel a bit stretched thin at times, can't it? 😉😂 Your challenges seem daunting to me, too!! 🤗 Your gift of organizational abilities is incredible!! ❤️ Congratulations on the weight loss and, most importantly, keeping it off!! 🤗😍
My question do you ever look at a page to color and get anxiety with the picture then what colors to use ect.
