If you connect lots to your laptop it helps by not putting undue stress on all the ports from constantly connecting and reconnecting equipment and obviously having a monitor. It's not for everyone, I recently Got a dock, not this brand though and wouldn't be without it.

I use the MX Master 3 right now and its scroll wheel got all fucky after a year, not really happy with that, but still - best mouse I've ever used, and the 3S seems like the perfect upgrade.
After using it, I gotta do a full video on it, it’s incredible lol

The OWC Thunderbolt Go Dock is worth a look if you want to travel with it. It doesn't have as many ports as the Spigen, but it has an integrated power supply and standard power cable.

@Floss you've got to get the Logitech G915 keyboard to go with MX Master 3s, it's the combo i use and is lit, as a day to day work combo and the keyboard can be used for gaming. RGB and low profile

A good and powerful dock is a thing of beauty.
With how powerful laptops are these days ....unless yo ahve a soecific need to have a desktop it really is not needed.
If you have a powerful laptop and some external screens youj have a desktop setup which can be as effective as a desktop set up any day.
You can have an external GPU if you want.
With all this hooked up to a powerful dock you can have a 3 screen set-up with the 4th screen being the laptop screen PLUS a mouse and external kbd along with everything else anyone would need. Mic, audio interface, and all the peripherals anyone could need.
I have a dock and I would not be without it.
One cable and NBANG I am in a world of work.
I take that one cable out and I am a mobile road warrior again.

I've been using the Galaxy S21 Ultra since day1, been waiting for the right device to come along to do an upgrade & if Samsung doesn't do justice & bring their A-Game with the Fold 6 this is the one I'm looking at, but I NEED a Flossy review 1st! Why, there's no need to do full videos all the time particularly on phones when the settings he keeps reviewing is the same, he should cut that out, just show us features that are unique to the product. He has to develop his brand and channel so gotta try something new.
