    I’m quite a bit older 65. There’s no point is there at this age? Well I dropped 14 kilos through vegan keto. I studied lots of UA-cam videos. I do a lot of light exercises at home and use the stairs all the time. Partner is a qualified trainer so I got quite a few tips on how to do training. Keto. Training. Good nutrition Lots of serotonin. Don’t listen to ppl whi say you cannot do it. Or it’s too late. Never give up.

    Thanks for the videos on training in ketosis. Not many are getting the information out there as easily as this is to understand. Finding information on training at my age of 50 and in ketosis is tough. Just getting started on my body transformation and I'm feeling great! The wife is amazed at the amount of muscle I am gaining in just the two months I've been lifting. Not trying to be better than my teens just the best me at my age.

    Totally agréé with u. I am 47 and i remember when i was training at 20 things were easier. But i 'm adapting m'y self. And still have good results.

    please do a remake of your 8 week transformation abs workout. If you do, don't put extra videos and other channels when your demonstrating.
