Yes he is. And the anti-Catholic bias is ever evident. People will want to say Jewish prayers, but not Catholic ones. Aren’t Jewish prayers “vain repetition?” Hmmm.
I love how the three scholars had so much to agree on and appreciate about each other's faith traditions. It seems we really do have so much more in common, than our differences. The fullness of the Kingdom may be all of us. Jesus's bride - the church.
34:29 I am Catholic and working on my relationship with God and as an adult relearning the Bible. The chosen has been very helpful to urge the need to know more also adding that piece of Jewish traditions. I now thank the Lord every morning for allowing my soul into my body and allowing me one more day to be better. Thank you! Would love to know more about the Jewish ways.
It's so good to see this group of people together in dialogue and giving their perspectives. Glad to see Bishop Baron as a participant. Would love to see more of these group discussions. I love The Chosen. God bless all who are creating and supporting it!
Thank you Bishop Barron for defending the Catholic faith! It’s good to see you at the roundtable interacting with everyone else! This was a pleasure to watch!
So enjoyable to hear scholars from different traditions give us their wisdom on the historical, traditional and theological perspectives of the Old and New Testaments. Thank you.
I absolutely love these round tables with these wise men of God! It's meaty, theological, yet simple enough to understand and enjoy! Good spiritual food! Thanks! Keep 'em coming!
I’m always glad to see Bishop Barron. He is so insightful and I love his explanations regarding some of the more difficult Catholic teachings like Purgatory.
Hi Libbie, you seem like a sister in Christ who cares about truth. I just want to say that much of what you say about Catholic belief is untrue, and these are unfair accusations to level against other Christians who are doing their best to follow Christ.
@@libbie8884 I don’t think you really understand our teachings as well as you think. The fact is we Catholics do read the Bible and hardly use anything else in the Catholic Mass. While you are partly right in that we do pray to Mary, this isn’t the type of prayer that is worship because the Catholic Church forbids the worship of Mary. What we are actually doing is asking her to intercede for us like she did at Cana. One thing Mary never does is seek honor for herself. She always points us to her son. We Catholics actually do believe that we are saved by grace alone. The part that is different is that good works show evidence of God’s grace working through us. While faith is necessary, the Bible clearly says that we are made for good works and that we aren’t justified by faith alone. I hope this clears things up because we are Christians just like you are.
@@libbie8884 Also, our 10 commandments are in fact the same as yours. We just noticed that the idea of no other Gods besides me and no making of graven images was talking about the same commandments. You are correct that the Bible is truth, but the Bible also says that the pillar and bulwark is the truth.
@@libbie8884 I’m guessing you didn’t read the Council of Trent in its entirety nor scripture in it’s entirety because the Catholic teachings are consistent in what the Bible teaches.
@@libbie8884, you keep talking about what the Bible says. Your eisegesis and proof texting of Scripture is obvious. The Bible is a collection of literature of various genres from different eras by authors who wrote under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. How can anyone who loves Jesus not enjoy a conversation such as this? - A Catholic Brother to ALL my brothers and sisters! P.S. Thank you, Chosen Crew, for working so hard to make each episode SO powerful!
I love this episode precisely for the beginning and the end. So inspired to synchronize the beginning of Scripture and the beginning of John’s gospel. I watch it over and over.
Love the round table! I am an ordained pastor with an M.Div. and the background of the shows means a lot to me. And, by the way, it would be amazing to have a book in the Chosen store that highlights the Jewish prayers and practices that Jesus does in the series/would’ve lived as a historical Jew….I believe these are practices that we Christians could benefit from implementing in our own lives….and you could highlight these by episode so that we can “see” them referenced in action too. Please and thank you!!❤❤❤
Love these discussions. Dallas and The Chosen team, please bring back Bishop Barron for the S3 roundtables. His knowledge of scripture and Theology is fantastic. God Bless you all!
"For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them" (Matthew 18:20). Lord Jesus was indeed present in that room. A beautiful discussion.
Thank you for sharing these insights. I especially love the "Jewishness" of the series because I wonder how things were in those days and how they are today. I am an evangelical Christian and I have always loved our Jewish brothers and sisters. I love seeing their practices and watch tons of stuff to see how we got from there to here. It is all very fascinating to extrapolate how things were and are. I love the casting of your program and the directions you have taken each character from. I love the tone of the show and that I can watch it over and over and get something new out of it every time. I have started reading more of the Bible and listening to other programs to deepen my understanding and your show is a lovely tip of the iceberg.
This is a great discussion, such respect for each other's beliefs. I find these discussions to be not only fascinating but also extremely beneficial to my outlook of religions, to be open-minded brings the Spirit and The Chosen episodes together and touching people's hearts. Definitely, All the signs are here. Jesus is returning. Thanks so much to Dallas and the Team for the back stories. God bless all the people who are making this happen!
Have you tried praying the Rosary or Chaplet of Divine Mercy yet? If you’re not comfortable doing it, that’s fine. We Catholics don’t require that you have to pray the Rosary.
Little things that have not been missed. Love it. The mezuzah on the door post is touched by disciples and Jesus entering and leaving, that is still done today.
The Chosen is carefully blending knowledge from different faiths into a beautiful, Biblically-based story that brings fuller understanding to millions. A united Church, the Bride of Christ, is being heard. Miracles are happening! ❤🌻
A friend who is watching this series got a Siddur ( Jewish prayer book) so she could look for the prayers used in the series and incorporate them into her daily routine. I think it is wonderful how the show is bringing all the groups together so well. Christian’s praying prayers from the Hebrew tradition and learning about the Jewishness of Jesus is so helpful to understanding the New Testament. Can’t wait for next season! I have wondered if you might bring out more about the mealtime blessings - praises and blessings to God who created the plants which become our food. It seems a contrast to Christian tradition of blessing the food we are about to eat while Jewish prayer blesses God who created the food.
Totally agree ellynwen . It is striking when you look at these Brachas (Blessings), they are dripping with gratitude and implied gratitude and it’s all about Blessing the LORD. Baruch HaShem! Bless the name of the LORD!
I wonder if there is a group that is forming regarding this. Kind of a "Christians adopting Jewish Piety" or something like that. We could exchange our own Bracha ideas: "Blessed Are You Lord our God, King of the Universe, who causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. There is NONE like You!"
I was also struck by the Jewish prayer before eating, when laid next to a prayer typically spoken by christians. I heard the story many years ago, that in other religions maybe you would say a prayer AFTER consuming a good meal - assuming it was worthy of thanking someone for & you don't forget to, but the foundation of the faith is paying respect to the One who created us with the capacity to be Thankful first! When you put a meal before an animal, they just devour it, so the Jewish blessing acknowledges the Creator who made us a little lower than the Angels, with the capacity to think first, and act with intention. The "prayer" over the food for the consumer of the food itself, is last & simply implied. The priority is blessing the Giver. "Blessed are You Lord our God, King of the Universe, who brings forth the Bread from the Earth". The mindsets are very different.
The Chosen has really allowed me to be more open about my Catholic faith. Before, I was often forced to delete my comments. Now, I feel more comfortable because people are now asking questions. I also love that non-Catholics are now exploring the Rosary and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy because of Jonathan Roumie. His explanation has really helped non-Catholics see that these prayers are directed towards spending time with Jesus.
@@jo-annejaynes4801 What we meditate on is not the Hail Marys, but the Mysteries of Christ’s Life. Try it out. The Joyful Mysteries center on his early life. The Luminous Mysteries concentrate on his ministry. The Sorrowful Mysteries concentrate on his suffering and death. And the Glorious Mysteries focus on his Resurrection and the beginning of the Church.
@@johnpratts2856 The Catholic Church doesn’t require that you pray the rosary, but it is encouraged because it’s a highly effective weapon towards repelling Satan’s temptations and evil.
@@Powerranger-le4up I normally just cast them out in Yeshua's name through prayer. Though, I'm not spiritually strong enough yet to fully knock them out of the park. 🤣 Fasting and prayer are most effective ways of dealing with most kinds of demonic forces, according to the Messiah in Mark 9:29 What kind of prayers? Unknown. But I think as long as it's from the heart, it ought to be good enough.
Aside from a handful of personal few that initiated my recent return to faith, Fr. Mike and Bishop Barron as well as the Chosen have played fundamental roles in my development of saying, "YES!" to God's pursuit of me. These ecumenical discussions add so much nutrition to my hunger. I look forward to more, perhaps even more perspectives.
I learned to play a Shofar, largely due to The Chosen. I wanted to incorporate something from Jewish traditions into my own worship. It has been very rewarding, and my video gathers a few likes right around Rosh Hashanah every year.
I may be late catching up but God knows my heart, between the tears, The Joy, playing episodes over and over again I am eternally grateful for this opportunity at this stage in my life. I am 73 years old and I just hang on every word check it out in the Bible but I'm hanging on if they say sometimes I put a knot in the rope in the knot comes out and I just swing back and forth but I'm so excited to have an opportunity to visually see Jesus Christ and his human form and dealing with human people just like me. So bless you Dallas bless the crew bless the staff bless everybody even the person that cleans up after everybody I asked God to bless you all I love the Roundtable discussions. I have learned so much from every last one of you gentlemen and I asked God for favor in your life. Your chosen fan from Lansing Michigan.
Really enjoyed this roundtable discussion. ...I learned something I always thot that bcuz Isaiah 53 : 4-5 says ... he took ALL sickness, ALL disease ALL infirmities n by his stripes we are healed.....I have struggled with that verse for sometime. I would 'expect' to be healed. It wouldn't always happen. However, just listening to n watching the scene you showed where Jesus was talking to Matthew, Jesus said to him, "I want my people to PARTICIPATE in their healing." I had not known that. What n eye opener. I even watched that episode n scene b4 n missed that being said by Jesus. Soo glad I watched this roundtable again. I get it now.🙏 Thank you.
Our Church has a Hebraic fellowship that meets there on Saturday they do a beautiful Passover every year ! Our 2groups intermingle it’s so wonderful. We’ve bought a different building and will move next year and they go with us ❤❤
I love these roundtables. I wish there were more. When they are talking about John taking Mary into his home, it helps explain why Catholics believe that Jesus had no brothers. It would have been a slap in the face for a son not to take his mother into his home.
They were probably moved away or hadn't come to faith in Christ yet. There are 4 brothers named in the New Covenant: James being the one who later became a leader in the early church.
I loved this round table with Bishop Baron, the Evangelical professor, and a Jewish Rabbi. Each representative from the body of Christ shed light on the historical and theological viewpoints of the bible. These scholars were a joy to watch. Thank you Dallas for including the perspectives of these gifted men.
Thank you so much Dallas. For sharing this wonderful discussion with us, your viewers. And it's so lovely to hear you explain so much about why you wanted to include such precious things, to bring greater understanding & appreciation of the whole Chosen experience. It means a lot.
Thanks for posting the whole session on my favorite episode! I've been hoping we'd see all the Roundtables either in the app or on You Tube. I especially liked the discussion on Jesus' saying "I am who I am," the details they notice and the connection to other parts of John's Gospel. I didn't know the Samaritan Torah had been changed in places. I hadn't noticed the "parable" of the good Samaritan was never called a parable in Luke. All this helps appreciate so much more what you put into your scripts!
What a beautiful conversation! So much wisdom!! This is what Jesus was talking about when He said he is coming back for a bride that has beautified herself. This Unity is what beautified the bride of Messiah!!
Impeccable research, attention to detail is what makes The Chosen the gift that it is. Thank you to all, the wonderful conversations of all faiths coming together. Praise God🙏♥️🥖🐟
Dallas, I appreciate you and all that you do. Keep up the good work. I pray that you will continue to be well and continue to do well. Thank you for all that you do. Feel free to stop defending yourself. You are on the right track. I am looking forward to Season 4.
I love the teachings of Rabbi Jason Sobel and also his writings. His books are also very educational for all who want to learn more about Yeshua and his Hebrew life. His books include “Mysteries of the Messiah” and “Signs and Secrets of the Messiah” and “The Rock, the Road and the Rabbi”. Wonderful reading!
2014 I was emotionally abused by a guy that I thought loved me and when he would get emotionally abusive I would look out my bedroom window or at the ceiling and with tears streaming down my face ask "God why are you allowing this?" I felt like I didn't get an answer and I turned my back on him (years later I had an image in my head of Jesus sitting behind me looking sad and reaching towards me but I couldn't feel him because I was in too much pain). In October of that year I turned back to him but I still struggle with trusting him. In November of that year a 10 year old girl from the church that I was going to at the time was killed in a car accident. The following year I was watching a movie (not going to say what one in case this counts as a spoiler for anyone who hasn't seen it but will at some point) and a character asked her husband "where was God when our daughter died" and I was like "yeah God where were you when Faith (the 10 year old girl) died?" and immediately I could still see what was going on in the movie but I could also see the night of the accident after the accident happened and Jesus was there holding the 10 year old girl's hand until it was time to take her home. Last year December 20th my mom (who was a big fan of The Chosen) died from Cancer. After she died I went into the bathroom and kept saying "thank you God" over and over again and I knew I was thanking him that a friend of mine and my mom's was able to come say goodbye and my younger sister was able to make it a little bit before my mom died but I felt there was another reason as well I just don't know what.
My heart is with you. I was raped as a very small child. I too wondered how God could let it happen. My relationship with Jesus has grown since then. I'd like to share with you 2 of my favorite quotes from the book THE SHACK, when God is speaking to the protagonist about his brokeness and unending tears. "Just because I work incredible good out of unspeakable tragedies doesn't mean I orchestrate the tragedies. Don't ever assume that my using something means I caused it or that I need it to accomplish my purposes. That will only lead you to false notions about me. Grace doesn't depend on suffering to exist, but where there is suffering you will find my Grace in many facets and colors." "Don't ever discount The wonder of your tears. They can be healing waters and a stream of joy. Sometimes they're the best words the heart can speak." ❤️ Praying for you.
VBT, in October of 1996, The 26th to be exact, I was attending a Catholic retreat. A very looooong story short, I was given an almost unimaginable experience of the Holy Spirit. I too could not help repeating to myself, over and over again, "Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus!." This went on for the better part of an hour. I will NEVER forget that my immediate response, at a very spiritual level, of receiving this amazing grace/gift was to repeatedly say, "Thank you, Jesus. I love you, Jesus!" To this day, 22 years after the occasion, I am still in awe and SO grateful that I, at the time confused and honestly seeking, was "important" enough to the Creator of the universe, to receive His touch. Why me, my friends have asked? I don't know. I certainly am not as Holy as most.. All that said, Jesus gifted me with an experience of Him that changed my life forever. God bless all of you watching The Chosen and, more importantly, living a life which you believe is a life given to you and encouraged by the one and only Christ. He was sent and accepted His role as Savior! Let us, no matter how small, be His light in this very darkened world. Love to you, Sean
@@tvintx9741 may God continue to bless you and keep you. I'm so very sorry to hear of your dreadful tragic event! However you have learned that none of that suffering was from God. Amen ... hallelujah as this is in total opposition to God's Glorious character. This is why Jesus, God's only begotten Son was sent to experience the temptation as a human on earth. So as to ensure that the Godhead knew suffering, because He loves us unconditionally. Suffering is as a direct result of the exercise of humanity's free will - whether one chooses to obey God's Law or not? Apparently there was so much sorrow experienced by our 1st created family when they saw the first leaf die? They didn't kill it directly however it died due to their free choice - this was the consequence experienced! I'm so deeply very sorry for your suffering! 😪😥😢💔 What a fabulous book as it is SPOT on, it highlights the glorious character of God. Take the global flood as an example. Noah preached for 120yrs to warn the people of what was going to happen. Noah endured the taunts, jeers, accusations of his sanity I imagine? And God in all of His mercy gave the ppl plenty of time, opportunity to accept the truth & be saved by repenting & enter the Ark. However they grieved away the Holy Spirt and their hearts were hardened. They loved the world too much & by their own actions, and their love of violence, God could not break through, their hearts were way too hardened from free choice. Out of all of the abundant Faith that exists, it is all from Jesus, and He freely gives to everyone on earth as a gift. It is up to us whether we take that gift of faith & wholly accept it? And you have quoted & understood this concept beautifully from you testimony! Just so beautiful, as I imagine has allowed us all to repent ,& begin the healing process by abiding in the Rest of God the Father! 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 To repeat your testimony is a powerful one & you're so very brave to share ... thankyou from all of my heart! Truly a beautiful example of learning the true nature of God's character THANKYOU! 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
Thank you so much for telling us to brace ourselves for season 6. That is helpful to get ourselves ready. Because when Pontus' wife was dreaming I got really anxious, i was not at all ready
Please do more of these. They are so informative, and I love seeing leaders of different faiths working together to discuss these things in a friendly manner. This is how the Truth is discovered. I learn so much from these discussions. The Bible lives by the details, and while I believe I understand the big picture of the Bible, these discussions of those details brings so much more knowledge to me. I love it! God Bless everyone involved in this dissemination of God's Word. One question I have is, some say that the Catholic Church is the first church and therefore is The Church, the correct church, the correct teaching. I would love to hear the groups thoughts on that.
@@JP2GiannaT That's why I didn't ask for one faith to respond. I asked the group to respond from a historical basis. And I asked for their thoughts. Chosing a sect and a church is a real issue for believers. Like most things in life we tend to inherit those choices from our parents. Does it matter, sure it does! New believers, in particular, want to be right. If they are going to make this jump into a world belief system, they want to make sure it is the correct leap of faith. I don't expect a Catholic or a Jew or a member from the LDS Church, Baptist, Presbyterian, Methodist, to give me an objective answer. But I think a civil discussion by a varied belief group, such as this one, could have a positive implication to the world of Christianity. These are real questions that I have had and others ask.
Hey Tom, I’m Catholic. The reason we say that is not just because it’s true, because we have the information to back it up. If you were to trace the history of the early church all the way back to the first century to the time of Christ, you’d likely notice that the early church’s practices were very Catholic. The early church writings give some amazing insight into the practices of the early church. The Apostolic Church Fathers are a personal favorite of mine because the writers knew and conversed with the apostles. While we never force anyone to become Catholic, the early church writings often surprise non Catholics because they think the early church will be like their denomination only to be surprised that it’s more Catholic.
I just want to let you know I love watching your videos they're so awesome to watch. I have never seen the chosen and I never will. I'm a Christian for life and I've dedicated my whole life to Jesus. And from what I seen in your last videos y'all were talking about the chosen it looked so horrible I would never watch that. I love Jesus too much I would never watch that show
Watching these is an education! You are teaching us, you are feeding us one bite at a time. I am moved. I want to watch it over and over, let the knowledge sink in, marry with other knowledge, and allow it to bring me closer to God.
I would love to see a round table with an apostle from the Church of Jesus Christ. They truly have knowledge and perspective of our Savior. I really believe your show because of my testimony of Jesus.
27:53 "God doesn't ask us anything that He himself isn't willing go go through." THIS. It's like lightbulbs in my head going off. God the Son was betrayed by his closest followers and friends (Judas ratting him out, Simonpeter denying him 3 times, etc.), shunned for telling the truth (that He is the Son of Man), and many more. THAT is OUR GOD. I used to think that God was all up in his high chair pointing his finger down at us whenever we sin trying to catch us do one wrong then saying I told you so. Nope, He is the God that was willing to go down from His throne, pull up his sleeves and actually live the way we did. And, He did this WITHOUT SINNING. Truly He deserves his title as God; He is our King of the Universe. Bless His holy name.
So glad to see Bishop Barron here. I’ve followed him on UA-cam since his channel was Father Barron. I love the practice of Shiva. The Jewish people don’t do things half way. If you are grieving- grieve. Not sure why my fellow Catholics would find Mary’s appearance odd. Maybe more cultural than faith matters. But we also call her mother of sorrows because she had the greatest sorrow of her Son’s crucifixion. Goodness I’m not sure what the complaints were about. I really liked the setup and framework of this episode. I found season two’s structure and climax weaker than season 1, but this was a Very strong episode.
Though I loved the part where Jesus forgave Mary Magdalene and that Mother Mary brought her to him. It reminded me so much of the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
I can't say enough about the value of these roundtables! So much rich history and a coming-together of ideas and practices. Also, a deep dive into the episodes themselves. So grateful. I thoroughly enjoy these! Love all the extra content in the Special Edition DVDs! 🙌🏻💝✨

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I love this kind of round tables where people from different beliefs get together and see that we have Christ as the center of our beliefs.
To the question of "If there is a God why does he allow people to suffer?" I always respond "This is not Heaven, We are here to prove that despite all these obstacles that we will endure and hold our love for god and one another near to our heart." Heaven and painlessness comes after our journey in the here and now
This show is one of the reasons I joined an MJAA-certified Messianic Synagogue. I was raised Baptist and I am so grateful that I found this way of worship to God or Adonai. I celebrate Shabbat, and all the appointed time feasts. It has really been a true blessing for me in my life.
I don't know why all Christians don't celebrate and observe the moedim (Feasts of the Lord)! My family started about 6 years ago & they are our favorite times of the year now!
Exodus 12:16 states Sunday as a Holy Day as well, not just Saturday. As an assembly of Christians (the Church), we meet locally on Sunday as our Holy Day, honoring God. By obeying Jesus you find rest and honor the sabbath; this should be everyday. That is because everyday our lives should reflect Christ, not just on Sundays or Saturdays where one locally meet.

I hate to be that guy, but where's the Orthodox representation? XD The show is incredible, so I can't knock it. But it just seems like the Orthodox Christianity gets left out all the time here in the West, and I think we do ourselves a disservice by not hearing them out more. This show seems like a perfect opportunity to explore their traditions with a new hip audience. I'm sure it wasn't intentional or maybe you even tried and couldn't get line it up, but I yearn to hear their voice in all this, as someone who feels like he's heard quite a bit from Catholics and Protestants his whole life. Just food for thought. God bless you all, and I'm very much looking forward to more of the Chosen, regardless.
Yes, this is a "Unifier"! I grew up with a Catholic mother ( first generation from Italy) & my Protestant father - whose family was just as devout as my mother's family..... as a youngster had prayed to GOD asked Him, "what side HE was on?" I then heard in Mass when Moses asked questions of GOD at the burning bush & HE replied, "I am What I Am"! So, then soon after, heard the readings of Jesus 'going about HIS FATHER'S Business' when HE was 12 & was found in a temple. LOL! Today, I am Charismatic Catholic - that can quote scripture better than most Baptists & pray in Tongues as much as a "Spirit - Filled" Pentacostals!
I too am Catholic but I also watch and listen to numerous other pastors and fellow Christian’s sermons, talks etc. God can and does use many different avenues to reach his Children and I get spiritually fed by many different ways or from different pastors or biblical theologians. There’s a church for everyone for where they are at on their their journey walk with our Lord and Savior!! Glory to God…💕💕💕💕🐝

I love this conversations, so rich knowledge from different perspectives. 🙏🏼
How can anyone who loves Jesus not enjoy a conversation such as this?
- A Catholic Brother to ALL my brothers and sisters!
P.S. Thank you, Chosen Crew, for working so hard to make each episode SO powerful!
Yeah !! This is great !! Bishop baron - good to see all the faiths coming together!!!💜💜💙💙we are all brothers& sisters in christ.🌈🌈🌈
Yes,if you are born again 😊
Please and thank you!!❤❤❤
Lost sound why do we pray before meals
@@mommamia1989 grace? We pray grace to thank for all we are about to receive.
I LOVED THIS!! Do this AGAIN with each season and standout scenes, you should discuss it hermeneutically and exegetically just like this!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I have anticipated this round table. They are never long enough.
Enjoyed these analogies. Thank you all for giving us more insight into The Chosen. I look forward to more of these. Yes, nice to hear Bishop Baron.
At least they have respect for each other's beliefs. I can't say that about everyone.
Catholic Church has the Liturgy of the Hours with prayers for every single time of the day. I recommend you look at it.
Thanks for making this Roundtable available. I really enjoyed the ones made available on Season 1 DVDs and BluRays.
I totally agree, Dawn! How we are respecting each other faith and encouraging others and learning together!!
These discussions are my favorite part of the series! Looking forward to the Livestream tonight!
The rosary glorifies Mary, not Jesus. 😢
@@jo-annejaynes4801 Truth. Hopefully that and other Catholic traditions change.
Fasting and prayer are most effective ways of dealing with most kinds of demonic forces, according to the Messiah in Mark 9:29
What kind of prayers?
I know God has blessed us with you! Dallas! Thank you and blessed be your life and your work and the world to come.
These roundtables are my favorite ancillary Chosen material. Thanks!
They also taunted & mocked Him. I'm struggling with cataracts or I could find it for you. God bless you.
@@sharonspencer2312 Of course, you know that those “brother’s” parents are noted in the Bible. And they are not The Virgin Mary and Joseph.
Thank you for checking things out with such wise and learned people, you are such a wise man and gentle!!!
Thank you so much for making this show in such a respectful way. You’ve really brought the gospel to life for me and countless millions of others.
So awesome! So grateful for The Chosen and everyone who loves Jesus!
I just love these talks. Thank you for showing in these talks that we all as a people are better together ❤️. Great
I loved this round table with Bishop Baron, the Evangelical professor, and a Jewish Rabbi.
Hello
What a beautiful conversation! So much wisdom!! This is what Jesus was talking about when He said he is coming back for a bride that has beautified herself. This Unity is what beautified the bride of Messiah!!

Impeccable research, attention to detail is what makes The Chosen the gift that it is. Thank you to all, the wonderful conversations of all faiths coming together. Praise God🙏♥️🥖🐟
The opening of John is my favorite verse in the entire Bible.

I'm in Israel, so I'm not sure what time that would be. Thanks for the heads up! Many blessings!
Grace doesn't depend on suffering to exist, but where there is suffering you will find my Grace in many facets and colors."
"Don't ever discount The wonder of your tears. They can be healing waters and a stream of joy. Sometimes they're the best words the heart can speak."
❤️ Praying for you.
What a fabulous book as it is SPOT on, it highlights the glorious character of God.
To repeat your testimony is a powerful one & you're so very brave to share ... thankyou from all of my heart! Truly a beautiful example of learning the true nature of God's character THANKYOU! 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

If I may, Why does the audio cut out at 35:37? This seems like a very significant moment in what Dallas is saying.
Well, I mean... you're going to have all the Catholics agree and all the non Catholics disagree. What exactly do you want to discuss with that?
Yes I love to listen to these round tables but I'm so surprised there are no women taking part - they could bring so much to the discussion

Great director.... God bless you all.!!!
27:53 "God doesn't ask us anything that He himself isn't willing go go through."
THIS.
Well Said!!!
You spoke so eloquently❤️

I love seeing Father Baron ( err sorry Bishop Barron) . Watch " Catholicism". Your missing so much my brothers and sisters, but so welcome to be part.
To the question of "If there is a God why does he allow people to suffer?" I always respond "This is not Heaven, We are here to prove that despite all these obstacles that we will endure and hold our love for god and one another near to our heart." Heaven and painlessness comes after our journey in the here and now
Making this series has great responsibility. They have worked hard to be accurate.
It is so beautiful to see three Christian faith traditions coming together in this way. Thank you for including Bishop Barron. Word on Fire is an amazing ministry and has been a blessing to my faith life and I really think his insights are valuable to these discussions.

I hate to be that guy, but where's the Orthodox representation? XD
The show is incredible, so I can't knock it.

Patmos is an Island 🏝 what we call Modern Greece today, NOT Turkey... Just saying 😌
