Something was dripping into that hefty layer of muck underneath the engine. You can see the drip at the top left of the engine mount, underneath the foam-wrapped hose/line. But otherwise nice cozy boat.
Bamboo doesn't take too kindly to English weather and the cupboards, doors etc have been known to deform, swell, shrink and generally cause problems. Have a good look at them, if they are still OK now, they have probably been trimmed/adjusted and have stabilised.
This is pretty much everything I would want in a sub-50-foot boat. Well, aside from whatever that is in the bottom of the engine compartment. 🤣 Give her a good scrubbing, a lick of paint here and there, and you've got a good holiday boat or live aboard for 1 person. Or two, if they _really_ like each other.
Very nice boat, long lasting blacking, extra thick base plate, nice stylish woodwork and overall, not to steep a price for a 2007 boat. I can't see it hanging around on the shelf for long.
£49,950 a lovely boat
Practically perfect. Love it

Well done a good informative tour of the boat showing all its features to prospective purchasers. Looks to be a lovely boat
Lovely boat. The bamboo gives a very warm feeling to the whole boat. Thank you for showing all those cupboards.
Is it really within the bounds of credulity that you genuinely feel moved to comment "lovely boat" on every listing?

Apart from the ocean of rusty water in the engine bilge, a nice looking boat
I'm giving the benefit of doubt as to origin of the engine pond, as it certainly was raining, and may have been for a while.
Love it, fits a lot in for a 44 foot.

Nice boat, but looking for a bit more space for washer and freezer :)
Suitable as a 1-person live-aboard, if space for a W/D could be found - maybe shorten the L-shaped sofa by a couple of feet. Quite nice overall.
nice
Cute ample boat :)
that's a really solid build for a 44'er
Now that’s my kind of boat
nice boat
