I have this stock on my AK105. It is great! A cool secret feature present on the PT3 is if you unscrew and remove the sling swivel, it exposes a 2nd parallel sling mounting point for QD slings! It's so cool!
I love my PT-3. Extremely tough design married with outstanding material I’m more than impressed with Zenitco and plan on making more purchases to outfit all my existing AK rifles. I would rather wait for dependable and well made products. Thank you for all you do Zenitco!
Hey Anastasia, thank you for this stellar review. I’ve had my eye on this stock for some time now and this review convinced me to finally get one. Got one in desert sand on the way. Can’t wait!
Sadly, the PT-3 stock that I received will have to be returned. My 5.5 pin would not go through the hinge pin hole on the PT-3, it was too thick!? Tried a 4.5mm hinge pin to see if I had mistakenly received a 4.5mm PT-3 and the 4.5mm pin wasn’t big enough and was extremely loose, wiggling side to side when installed on the stock. The hinge pin hole on the PT-3 is definitely defective. One other complaint was the lack of adjustment length on the PT-3. At it’s longest extended length, it was just standard Warsaw Pack length. I’ve handled a PT-1 before and there is no comparison between the two. The PT-1 has a far greater adjustability in length, being able to be extended far past the limit of the PT-3. In my humble opinion, the Zenitco engineers need to fix this issue, and at least have the PT-3 be able to extend out to NATO length, if not even further out than that.
Hey guys I need help. I’m getting the Kalashnikov USA KP-9 but it’s the California compliant model…would the PT3 stock fit on it? I’m getting different answers in the fittings of the hinges
PT-1 does not have this feature. All movable mechanisms tend to wobble. So it’s not only PT-1, but all telescopic stocks. Some more, some less like PT-1. And PT-3 is zero wobble.
No, it doesn’t. For that type of weapon you need either PT-5 stock (folding) or PT-1 with AKM adapter (fixed). See more info here: ua-cam.com/video/RihFZupAkqw/v-deo.html
@@ZenitcoinEnglish I’m looking at your partner stores for the pt-3 stock and it’s saying choose your stock adapter version, and it’s giving me the option 5.5mm safety cut-out (saiga). So would this now work for my saiga ak47 without a folding trunion, just a standard stock?
It is not possible. Saiga has a groove for system that blocks shooting with folded stock. If AK adapter is installed on Saiga, you won’t be able to take the safety off.
@@ZenitcoinEnglish Thank you for the quick answer. Do you also know why sometimes it looks like the PT-3 doesn't seem to be parallel to the barrel and tilts upwards instead?
@@PiergiorgioCraxi The stock is based to the frame. And the barrel is based to the frame. All rifles have slightly different sizes. And all PT-3 are the same. Sometimes accuracy of assembly of rifle may vary from average.
These are really close to $1,000 US dollars?! Jesus that’s so friggin expensive for a stock! That’s just about the price of buying a K USA KP 9!!! You could buy another KP 9 for that price.
Current retail price of PT-3 buttstock is 30500 roubles (we set our official prices in roubles). At current exchange rate that is 332 $. As you see, that is three times less than 1000 $. We used to ship abroad, but then sanctions started, that prevented western people from buying quality Russian goods at their actual prices. Currently we do not ship abroad. We hope that political situation on the West change and you will have an opportunity to buy our products.

Thank you for creating awesome products! My AK74 has never been better now since I have added your accessories!
I love this channel!
Thank you for the videos and great products for our Ak 47/74s
This is basically California compliant since it’s pinning the stock from being collapsed.
This is amazing. I love it! Cannot wait to get mine.
Great video, good explanation. I like my PT-3 alot, cant wait to get the sport-1! Greetings from Germany.
So what adapter do I need for my psa gf3 that came with a pictinny adapter
Can you do a video on how to install the B-21M Vityaz handguard? I have a Kalashnikov USA KR9, the American version of the Vityaz.
Yes, we can. Actually, it is installed the same way as B-10M on AK. No difference. See here: ua-cam.com/video/cVYSRa-kGas/v-deo.html

Email us a detailed photo of the place where the stock is mounted and size of the hinge, we will advice which stock adapter is compatible.
Who can I contact to get a replacement screw, spring, and clamp for my Klesh 2P light? Thank you. Love your guys products

Hello! When you speak of the anti wobble screw, I don't remember there is one on the pt-1 stock. Does the pt-1 suffer wobbling?

I wish I could find a PT-3 but they are out of stock everywhere 😩

Too bad they don't mount on Zastava M70, I would have bought it in a heartbeat. ZenitCo products are great!
We are working on it 😉 Hope, that in foreseeable future, we will make smth to make Zastava owners happy
@@ZenitcoinEnglish that would be fantastic, I cannot bear the idea of having Magpul accessories mounted on an AK
Is this good for left handed shooters? Pt1 does not work very well for left handed people.
Thank you
Actually it does. It was designed by a left-handed person 🙂
@@ZenitcoinEnglish PT-1 or PT-3 was made by a lefty? Thanks for the reply by the way!
Is it possible to use a non civilian ak adapter on a saiga?
It is not possible. Saiga has a groove for system that blocks shooting with folded stock. If AK adapter is installed on Saiga, you won’t be able to take the safety off.
