Hi everyone! I have been hearing from lots of you that the music on this video is too loud!! I just wanted to say, I hear you and I am aware it is too loud. Around the time this video was published, I started taking over the duty of editing of my videos and I am still learning how to edit, lol! Thanks for hanging in there with me while I figure this all out. I do hope you find the content of this video helpful and I apologize for the sloppy editing.

When wax sinks in the middle it is caused by cooling too quickly. Try covering your mold or using towels under the mold to prevent fast cooling. :-) It works best to remove the tarts onto waxed paper once set the add your "topping" with pipette...much cleaner edges!

Also parrafin dips so it requires a double pour or doing your own blend

I liked the video a lot. I think if I make these I will unmold the squares before drizzling, because I think to have some drizzle going down the sides would be nice.

You have a very similar process of the making of wax as I do. I use the large pipettes to drop the wax into the small embeds like that. I just squeeze it out each time and I can usually get 4-5 uses (such as maybe 100 embeds each use) out of the one pipette. I love how it reduces the mess. I’m too OCD with the wax. Lol
    These are absolutely adorable. 💖💖

    • @natashagreen-chillaxedprod7769
      @natashagreen-chillaxedprod7769 5 років тому +5

louisaL1980 use Ecosoya Q210 and you can use Scents that are for Candles only (not dollar tree Scents) + use Candle Colour blocks - Don’t use crayons as they will cause the Melts to smell disgusting and don’t use crayons to colour Candles as it will clog the wick which prevents it from burning plus it’ll omit black toxic smoke.
If your outside Australia you can buy from Bramble Berry, Nature’s Garden.
      Hope this helps

I'm assuming with your talents and how cute you make these, you sell them. How do you package them? Do you sell so many for $x? Also, I use that same mold for soap and have found if I stretch the mold both lengthwise and on the short side, it loosens the product from the cavaties and they come out easier.

🍀I just have a few Tips & Ideas to share with yourself and other viewers🍀
🐙 in my Professional & Customer Recommended Opinion is The Ecosoya Q210 Soy Wax is Excellent for any type of Candles, Melts, Gorgeous Massage Candles + Other Certain Body Products. (By Using this type of wax, if you or a child knocks over the warmer or even a candle over it won’t burn or leave a red mark, just simply rub it into the skin.
🐠 Iv started making Soy Wax Melts with gel inserts.
🐝 I add 2 tablespoons of Organic Yellow Beeswax Pellets for every 2 Cups of Soy Wax as it helps keep the ions out of the air that cause Respiratory Infections + Hayfever etc. by adding Beeswax, they will set faster.
🦋 It’s the only soy wax I use in my business for the past 6yrs
🦋 Ecosoya Q210 is the New improved Ecosoya CB135
🦋 This wax has excellent Hot & Cold Scent Throw
🐚 It’s the only soy wax that is tested Safe for use in Skincare and suitable for Any Skin Type.
🌟🌟 Double boiler method is the best way to melt the wax just like when making and melting MP
🌺 If your going to use Essential Oils or Blends into Skincare Products & Massage Candles be sure to add a health warning label on the product & get Qualified in Aromatherapy before using Essential Oils or Blends In Skincare if your going to Sell or give to Family. Best to be Safe then Sorry.

Maintain consistency will be an important factor in your success. Map out your customer, your product will serve a specific group that loves n appreciate homemade specialty body products. Good luck😊

Hi Cory! Loved this video! These melts turned out so cute! Thanks for showing step by step! So helpful. Vanulay makes the coolest molds! I bought a small amount of "wax melt wax" at a local soap supply here where I live. Do you know if Essential Oils can be used to fragrance wax melts
Or does it have to be Fragrance Oils? Thanks again for sharing!❤❤❤
