Make sure to put what year the bike is in the description
Thanks for the point! It’s a 2014
How much oil does it take to fill it up?
Just over a quart with an oil filter change
Question, I just drained my oil in my 2010 yz 450f and put in the 1 quart that it’s supposed to have (from what the owners manual says). I notice that when I start the bike, the oil goes to the top of the sightglass and starts bubbling a little bit. Looks like air bubbles floating to the top. Do I have too much oil!? Need help!
The bike should take just over a qt of oil. If you did a filter too, its about 1 1/4” qts. Its gonna be very active in sight glass when you have the bike running!
@@impulserecreation6294 okay, I just didn’t know if the bubbling was normal. I thought when the engine is on, there shouldn’t be bubbles, just oil circulating. Another weird thing is that my sightglass is towards the top of the motor. Can’t find an explanation on that
