Thanks so much for the work you've put into this series, Dr. Ha! I'm a speech language pathologist in a nursing home, and so many of my patients request help with their smartphones! Most of the time it's been given to them by a well-meaning family member, but they have NO idea where to start. This is one of the best resources I've found! I can't wait to share it with some of my patients :)
This is very interesting I’m in no need of a guide like this but my grandfather needed one and he showed me this video. From the outside looking in- it’s probably really difficult for someone like my 75 year old grandfather to use a modern piece of tech for the first time. He settled for an iPhone 11 and he was shocked at how futuristic it was and got confused and overwhelmed. This guide really helped him out with most of the questions and concerns he had, thanks a lot 😊

I have never had a cell phone nor smartphone and have been searching for information that assumes I do not have the basic skills that would teach me from the beginning. Most sites present their information under the assumption you are already familiar the these phones and are of little or no use to those just starting. This first video was just what I needed. I am looking forward to watching the rest of the series.
I bought a android phone and they did not show me how to do anything. My brother has been sending me messages and I still can't see them. Thank you for sharing your knowledge on android phone. Greatly appreciate.😀
What a NOT coincidence. This video shows up unexpectely. Last night I was telling my son how I hate "Smartphone" because they are so confusing. He told me, find a video that explains it. Didn't have to look for second to find one.
