Everyone always scales Pain as if he's unable to use the Deva path until the end of the fight like when Naruto fought him, but that's only because he had just blown up the entire hidden leaf. Straight up fighting Pain would be so much harder with all of them viable the entire time. He can even revive fallen Paths and Sasuke wouldn't know that at first. Absolutely mogged honestly.

The thing with the sasori vs Sakura and chiyo fight too is that sasori was not going 100%. He waited a while to use himself as a puppet/100 puppets which allowed for Sakura to pick up dodging habits from him.
I dont think Sasuke before the MS is somewhat developed is on the tier of Sage Naruto. Also the Pain summons would overwhelm Manda fast and put extreme pressure on Sasuke. He cant outmuscle them like how Sage Naruto can.

Why no one mentions Iron sand: scattered shower, the speed of that jutsu was insane and the speed could be adjusted using magnetic force. Everyone mentions the big geomagnetic objects which sakura was able to dodge.

Hebi Sasuke is only guarantee a win against Hidan, Deidera, and Konan. He is losing against Itachi, Pain and Obito and its 50 50 against Kisame, Sasori, and Kakuzu
I recently reread the sasuke vs deidera fight and I realized Sasuke barely won that fight. It seem he only won because of plot reasons. So I will put deidera at 50 50 too

I don’t think Sasuke would defeat Pain (or the paths) in a traditional 1v1 but I do think he’d fair better if say he were to replace Kakashi’s place during the invasion. On par intelligence and arguably stronger than Kakashi himself.
Kakashi was put in situations where he had to kamui on that fight. Sasuke doesn’t have kamui. Tendo solos sasuke no matter how you look at it. Full intel or not.
With all this interaction between techniques I'd like to see which opponents could Zabuza take with his hiding in the mist jutsu. It blocks vision for even a sharingan (I could say that it would overcharge the least skilled sensory ninjas, but that a byakugan could see past it or honed hearing abilities like the sound ninjas could spot Zabuza) and Kakashi only got away through smell
Pain definitely isn’t having a hard time against Sasuke especially without intel and pain being on full power. If you could give a sick Itachi a win at mid diff against Sasuke then I don’t see why pain wouldn’t win at mid diff also. We saw jiraiya was confident against facing ITACHI and kisame at the same time and jiraiya couldn’t win against pain it’s funny if you think hebi Sasuke would win against pain. Hebi Sasuke barely escaped from deidara. Tbh pain dog walks Sasuke low diff. Everything jutsu Sasuke has pain could absorb it and repel it and pain on full power low diffs Sasuke.
Something to note is that Samehada doesn’t seem to like Hot chakra (when Edo Itachi shot a fireball Bee swung Samehada at it and Samehada got mad) so the chakra absorption wouldn’t be as prevalent
True but, Kisame’s water shark bomb jutsu (or just the giant version I can’t remember) can absorb chakra as well so that’s a hard counter to a lot of Sasuke’s arsenal if used
Problem with statement of Sasuke being above akatsuki is that he beats the weaker ones. Hidan, Sasori, Kakuzu, Deidara and Konan (possibly Kisame) but he didn't kill holding back Itachi (sickness killed him). So anybody like Itachi, Pain and Obito would win with relatively easy difficulty.

I think a lot of people forget about that fight is pain is only trying to capture Naruto not kill him. If pain was fighting for intent to kill then the series would of been over right there
Sasori has a crazy matchup against Sasuke here, there's no evidence that Sasuke has any counter for Sasori's legendary poison that was ONLY stopped by an antidote made by the greatest medical ninja at the time SPECIFICALLY to counter it. There is no way Sasuke is surviving that poison if he gets nicked once in the battle. The only problem here is whether or not you believe Sasuke is fast enough to easily avoid every single one of Sasori's attacks, which in my opinion is being incredibly generous to Sasuke. Yes, Sakura did avoid a lot of Sasori's attacks, however she was being carried HARD by Chiyo, I think people overlook just how much she did in that fight and what the circumstances really were. For one thing Chiyo is no joke, she rushed Kakashi with no puppets, fought against the white fang, and is said to one of the greatest puppet Masters of all time. She has the five legendary puppets made by the very first puppet master, and are said to be the strongest puppets of ALL TIME. She used those puppets among others ALONG with controlling Sakura the ENTIRE TIME. Sure some strings were taken off but she still assisted Sakura to an unquantifiable degree. To dodge those attacks WHILE ALSO protecting her with the 5 legendary puppets. This is also not mentioning the fact that THEY DID get hit by Sasori's attacks, the only reason they survived was because of the antidote and they were STILL struggling hard to keep the poison at bay the entire fight. If they didn't have the antidote like Sasuke doesn't here, they would have lost instantly. A third thing is that sasori was holding back that entire fight and WANTED chiyo to kill him. You could make the argument that sorcery was holding back as much as Itachi was holding back against Sasuke, in which case Sasori STOMPS. But even if you say he wasn't holding back, he was still able to hit Sakura and chiyo many times in the fight. The ONLY the way you can say that Sasuke wins here is if he uses kirin IMMEDIATELY to destroy all his puppets, or he is fast enough to avoid ALL of his attacks. As I explained earlier though it's way too generous to claim that he would avoid every single one of his attacks because Chiyo couldn't abd she us REALLY strong. If you want to say that he is on the same level as deidara then this just makes it worse because Sasuke was having MAJOR issues avoiding Deidara's attacks and barely managed to escape death many times. Then imagine all of those attacks being coated in poison that is an insta loss and its a recipe for disaster for Sasuke. The ONLY way you can claim that he is fast enough to avoid all of those attacks is if you downplay Sasori HARD and say his speed is on Sakura's level, but like I said earlier Sasori was holding back that entire fight and Sakura was being carried hard by Chiyo so this clearly isn't the case. Also do you really want to argue that Sasori is SO trash that he can't hit Sakura? That would imply that Kakashi stomps him into the DIRT which is just ridiculous. Narratively sasori is constantly compared to Deidara, and if he's even in that conversation there's no reason to believe that he can't hit Sasuke. I will say there is a chance for Sasuke here though, if he lands Kirin the fight is over, he uses Chidori against his heart and that's that, Sasori wouldn't have a chance to use his poison. HOWEVER, Kirin takes a bit of time to set up and Sasori could easily take advantage of that. I would say it's still possible but Sasuke would have to give it his ALL to land that Kirin and it's unlikely he would be able to.

Pretty fair for the most part, but the three main members are absolutely dogging on this version of Sasuke. This Sasuke is definitely not sage Naruto level at all, and that Naruto only did as well as he did because he had full intel and tendo was fatigued.
Kirin is not chakra...practically Sasuke guides the lighting. The ONLY counter for Kirin is either to out-speed it (the lighting) or tank it (like Itachi with Susano'o ) or phase through it (Obito-Kamui) . Not many people that can counter it and specifically Kisame may have great vulnerability. The problem is... that he needs to create the conditions for a Kirin and Kisame will just blitz him .
What about the team 7 reunion? Orochimaro grabs Sasuke hand and tells him don't use it now. I always wondered how he planned to use Kirin with no prep time?

It’s implied itachi would need his ms to beat kisame. If itachi fought sasuke serious itachi would only need his ms to block Kirin. Sasuke will find out samehada doesn’t like fire. Kirin would kill kisame, kirin is stronger or has the same power as the 4tails beast bomb that would kill orochimaru from a direct hit. However super water shark bomb is also one tapping. I Think sasuke would win extremely high diff only bc kisames base stats are higher and would force sasuke to use kirin. Before kisame use superwater shark bomb. (Kirin caught itachi off guard so kisame would not have anytime to clash jutsu)
I will say kisame did believe he could have absorbed the hirodora if it was chakra. And hirodora is similar in scale to kirin as it shook a whole island. But if you don’t think it scales sasuke wins with that
26:12 I dont think Sasuke would be protected against Sasori's poison. Sakura used Sasori's poison formula when she attempted to assassinate Sasuke. If the person who invented the cure to it thinks it would affect Sasuke, the poison wouldve affected Sasuke full stop.
I have a bit of a problem with Sasuke vs Sasori. I only see one path to victory for Sasuke snd while its likely to happen I don't think it's anywhere near the stomp you guys presented imho. I'll make a longer response detailing my interpretation but tl;dr its insanely generous to Sasuke to claim he could avoid ALL of Sasoris atracks, and he would have to in order to walk away with a W because that poison is NO JOKE.
That poison is no joke but Sasuke has built in poison resistance due to Orochimaru's drugs also he had Orochimaru absorbed giving him even more poison resistance so I don't see it being an instant win even if Sasuke gets hit by one of Sasori's attacks
@@OddEyes1 Idk, Sasori's poison was only countered by the BEST medical nin in the verse, an antidote made SPECIFICALLY to counter it, and the poison STILL gave Chiyo and Sakura trouble. Orochimaru has some very vague poison resistance, and while Sasuke absorbed him, it's unclear that he even gained his poison resistance, or if that resistance would be enough to resist Sasori's poison in the first place.

Cant Kakuzu counter chidori with his own lighting style , the only reason kakashi was able to stop kakuzu was due to others around him creating distractions , 1 on 1 diamond skin and his ability to counter lighting style , I see a big problem for sasuke against kakuzu
the issue is that his skin harden technique is earth style and kakashi know that , thats why it didnt work when he tried it so it can work to sasuke lighting style moves
He beats Hidan Konan Sasori Deidara Kisame Kakuzu with the difficulty increase with the last 4. He loses to Obito Itachi and Nagato(Pain). Kisame is the one I can see him losing to outside of the top 3 .

I don’t think Sasuke would defeat Pain (or the paths) in a traditional 1v1 but I do think he’d fair better if say he were to replace Kakashi’s place during the invasion. On par intelligence and arguably stronger than Kakashi himself.
Kakashi was put in situations where he had to kamui on that fight. Sasuke doesn’t have kamui. Tendo solos sasuke no matter how you look at it. Full intel or not.
With all this interaction between techniques I'd like to see which opponents could Zabuza take with his hiding in the mist jutsu. It blocks vision for even a sharingan (I could say that it would overcharge the least skilled sensory ninjas, but that a byakugan could see past it or honed hearing abilities like the sound ninjas could spot Zabuza) and Kakashi only got away through smell

True but, Kisame’s water shark bomb jutsu (or just the giant version I can’t remember) can absorb chakra as well so that’s a hard counter to a lot of Sasuke’s arsenal if used

Problem with statement of Sasuke being above akatsuki is that he beats the weaker ones. Hidan, Sasori, Kakuzu, Deidara and Konan (possibly Kisame) but he didn't kill holding back Itachi (sickness killed him). So anybody like Itachi, Pain and Obito would win with relatively easy difficulty.

Sasori has a crazy matchup against Sasuke here, there's no evidence that Sasuke has any counter for Sasori's legendary poison that was ONLY stopped by an antidote made by the greatest medical ninja at the time SPECIFICALLY to counter it. There is no way Sasuke is surviving that poison if he gets nicked once in the battle.
The only problem here is whether or not you believe Sasuke is fast enough to easily avoid every single one of Sasori's attacks, which in my opinion is being incredibly generous to Sasuke. Yes, Sakura did avoid a lot of Sasori's attacks, however she was being carried HARD by Chiyo, I think people overlook just how much she did in that fight and what the circumstances really were.
For one thing Chiyo is no joke, she rushed Kakashi with no puppets, fought against the white fang, and is said to one of the greatest puppet Masters of all time. She has the five legendary puppets made by the very first puppet master, and are said to be the strongest puppets of ALL TIME. She used those puppets among others ALONG with controlling Sakura the ENTIRE TIME. Sure some strings were taken off but she still assisted Sakura to an unquantifiable degree. To dodge those attacks WHILE ALSO protecting her with the 5 legendary puppets.
This is also not mentioning the fact that THEY DID get hit by Sasori's attacks, the only reason they survived was because of the antidote and they were STILL struggling hard to keep the poison at bay the entire fight. If they didn't have the antidote like Sasuke doesn't here, they would have lost instantly.
A third thing is that sasori was holding back that entire fight and WANTED chiyo to kill him. You could make the argument that sorcery was holding back as much as Itachi was holding back against Sasuke, in which case Sasori STOMPS. But even if you say he wasn't holding back, he was still able to hit Sakura and chiyo many times in the fight.
The ONLY the way you can say that Sasuke wins here is if he uses kirin IMMEDIATELY to destroy all his puppets, or he is fast enough to avoid ALL of his attacks. As I explained earlier though it's way too generous to claim that he would avoid every single one of his attacks because Chiyo couldn't abd she us REALLY strong. If you want to say that he is on the same level as deidara then this just makes it worse because Sasuke was having MAJOR issues avoiding Deidara's attacks and barely managed to escape death many times. Then imagine all of those attacks being coated in poison that is an insta loss and its a recipe for disaster for Sasuke. The ONLY way you can claim that he is fast enough to avoid all of those attacks is if you downplay Sasori HARD and say his speed is on Sakura's level, but like I said earlier Sasori was holding back that entire fight and Sakura was being carried hard by Chiyo so this clearly isn't the case.
Also do you really want to argue that Sasori is SO trash that he can't hit Sakura? That would imply that Kakashi stomps him into the DIRT which is just ridiculous. Narratively sasori is constantly compared to Deidara, and if he's even in that conversation there's no reason to believe that he can't hit Sasuke.
I will say there is a chance for Sasuke here though, if he lands Kirin the fight is over, he uses Chidori against his heart and that's that, Sasori wouldn't have a chance to use his poison. HOWEVER, Kirin takes a bit of time to set up and Sasori could easily take advantage of that. I would say it's still possible but Sasuke would have to give it his ALL to land that Kirin and it's unlikely he would be able to.

Pretty fair for the most part, but the three main members are absolutely dogging on this version of Sasuke. This Sasuke is definitely not sage Naruto level at all, and that Naruto only did as well as he did because he had full intel and tendo was fatigued.
Kirin is not chakra...practically Sasuke guides the lighting. The ONLY counter for Kirin is either to out-speed it (the lighting) or tank it (like Itachi with Susano'o ) or phase through it (Obito-Kamui) .
Not many people that can counter it and specifically Kisame may have great vulnerability. The problem is... that he needs to create the conditions for a Kirin and Kisame will just blitz him .
What about the team 7 reunion? Orochimaro grabs Sasuke hand and tells him don't use it now.

I have a bit of a problem with Sasuke vs Sasori. I only see one path to victory for Sasuke snd while its likely to happen I don't think it's anywhere near the stomp you guys presented imho.
I'll make a longer response detailing my interpretation but tl;dr its insanely generous to Sasuke to claim he could avoid ALL of Sasoris atracks, and he would have to in order to walk away with a W because that poison is NO JOKE.
That poison is no joke but Sasuke has built in poison resistance due to Orochimaru's drugs also he had Orochimaru absorbed giving him even more poison resistance so I don't see it being an instant win even if Sasuke gets hit by one of Sasori's attacks
@@OddEyes1 Idk, Sasori's poison was only countered by the BEST medical nin in the verse, an antidote made SPECIFICALLY to counter it, and the poison STILL gave Chiyo and Sakura trouble.
Orochimaru has some very vague poison resistance, and while Sasuke absorbed him, it's unclear that he even gained his poison resistance, or if that resistance would be enough to resist Sasori's poison in the first place.

Cant Kakuzu counter chidori with his own lighting style , the only reason kakashi was able to stop kakuzu was due to others around him creating distractions , 1 on 1 diamond skin and his ability to counter lighting style , I see a big problem for sasuke against kakuzu

He beats Hidan Konan Sasori Deidara Kisame Kakuzu with the difficulty increase with the last 4. He loses to Obito Itachi and Nagato(Pain). Kisame is the one I can see him losing to outside of the top 3 .
