As a youngster he felt he was "Somebody" becoming a drug dealer - how do we get young people to experience the same feeling without becoming criminals?
Could be because he snitched? Could be because he pissed off many people by drug dealing, loss of job, loss of voulteer work, vigilantism, ect. Maybe he just regrets what he did and is ashamed of it and wants to start new. Plenty of reasons. Mind you vice has a sh1t history of checking if people are legit or not so who knows.
The truth with narcotics is that it looks tempting, as it for granted leads to gold, but very few earn real money worth the hassle and the risks. Once going really big, there will come a bust and even if the profit looks great there and then, it won't last for a long time in far most cases. We often see/hear the sunshine-stories, but visit Holland and South America - how big % is rich by drugs? Less than 1%?

I don't know what age demographic you sold those drugs to, who's connected to those drugs sold activities, What damage those drugs could've had within a community. That's the difference between normal functioning brains and other's you can't realistically be conscious of these factors and still go out and do things of that nature for money.

I personally never sold , because I didn’t want the guilt on me ! Thanks for sharing ur story thou !
Unless you are pushing like, 12 year olds on the playground to buy your stuff, I don't see how you can feel guilty. People tend to buy it because they actually want it. Does a cashier feel guilty after a fat guy buys a burger menu and dies the next day from a heart attack? I hope not. Most dealers, especially big boys like this guy, don't even know who is actually using the stuff. They sell it by the kilos to someone who sells it to 10 more people who sell it to 10 more people who actually sell it to you at a party.
Do you guys actually hire an engineer to edit the audio, cause its never consistent in volume and the voice manipulation causes hard artifacts in a lot fo the videos. Hella bizarre for such a giant channel.

He's a modern day barbarian, if you cross him on the street and you have something of value to him he will steal and kill if necessary.
These people have no soul.
Yeah he’s such a legend for killing people over money

This guy is wearing a mask to keep from getting recognized but, how many people do you know with a scar like that in their throat?
think I know maybe 17
I think that's a neck wrinkle...
It's Darren gee mate
And the accent. If you're in that area and you know the people making moves you probably recognize him

Just saying, if they could go to police and be like "Hey one of my customers took product and refuses to pay me" they wouldn't HAVE to resort to violence to maintain their business.
As a youngster he felt he was "Somebody" becoming a drug dealer - how do we get young people to experience the same feeling without becoming criminals?
sir i present,Video Games
A Money Heist mask would be sick
So why would he need to hide his identity if he’s already been caught and paid his debt to society?!
He’s not a rapper that’s why

Vice is back
The truth with narcotics is that it looks tempting, as it for granted leads to gold, but very few earn real money worth the hassle and the risks. Once going really big, there will come a bust and even if the profit looks great there and then, it won't last for a long time in far most cases. We often see/hear the sunshine-stories, but visit Holland and South America - how big % is rich by drugs? Less than 1%?
You guys need to turn that volume up.
So this dude snitched, said his exact prison sentence & still revealed his exact British accent & crimes and he Expects no one to figure out who he is ??
I don’t think that he’s snitching. The reason because he has a mask on. And he didn’t tell who his friends were. Or who his connects are. He’s just telling how he did what he did back then
I mean he didn't say who he was who his friends are nothing like that. Many other people other than him that have his accusation and felonies
Well do you know who he is? I guess it worked
@@jeremysmith9694 Yeah it’s Darren Gee, search it up.

Gonna have so many 13 year olds trying to become druglords now XD
Sadly 😥 alot of youth in the UK 🇬🇧 are going down this line in selling drugs.
What else are they going to do when they live in a world where you can get a degree and end up working in McDonald's. Drugs make you constant money and lots of it, tax free money.
Happens all the time, doesn't it? Um, sir, I don't have friends who have been 'shot and killed, stabbed and killed' 😭
Moral of the story A don't get involved in drugs B quit whilst you're ahead if you're earning exorbitant amounts of money every single day then you can just retire and live off that

Great to see them interviewing Aitch
I'm shocked that this genius ended up in jail. This sort is what's wrong with the biz.
He probably got caught by the trail of very young foot soldiers who's parents are all on the dole , all wearing Gucci apparel and exchanging stacks of big bills in front of every building surrounding his flat ( including those with flats owned by ex cops that look like "helpless" little gray Santas claus walking helped by tripod canes) .....I bet they just had to trace big lines of a map to find his address ...
And and all of his stupid ex bitches ordering out loud bags of XStacies on their phones saturday nights because " hannn don't be paranoid no one listen to us you're such a downer ! ", I bet after a few times beeing followed at night he started to beat them blue and black to make them 'understand" , thus making his "visits" at the police station more recurrent and badly timed ....
Yeah lots of "geniuses " in this field
Epic interview
yeah truly epic... if u cant hear a single word, cuz idiots in production cudnt make normal mic placement or make subtiteles cuz that "kingpin" speaks like Kenny from South Park... "hthblgtjhhth fokein gigufhgfjt hrblrdrt fokein hrblrlldlr fokein"... all i cud hear...
Can we get some subtitles please, I can't make heads or tails out of what this man is saying.
They have them you bell end just turn them on
@@lukach5718 I'm not sure I understand. You get turned on by bell ends?
First off, there was no need for you to be insulting. I just said that I couldn't understand this guy. Secondly, use punctuation. If you're going to leave comments in English, learn English grammar.
Lastly, the closed captioning is not a substitute for proper subtitles. The CC doesn't contain any punctuation, much like your comments, and often translates the dialogue improperly.

This is great, thanks! I finally got some more money from my mom. I hope to meet a couple hookups online. I should be in the drug game by Christmas!
I don't like the "past is the past" argument it's a deflection to not fully own up to what you did. I'm not saying continually dwell on it throughout your remaining life span, but to say it like that so casually seems like you don't care even now. I don't know what age demographic you sold those drugs to, who's connected to those drugs sold activities, What damage those drugs could've had within a community. That's the difference between normal functioning brains and other's you can't realistically be conscious of these factors and still go out and do things of that nature for money.

I never thought such genius was even possible, how did VICE get an interview with this modern-day giant of philosophy?
Did you ever feel aware that you where killing people by selling drugs ?? I’m not judging u , and if u had it hard I get u want a better life, but did it cross your mind that someone may have died from them ? Just wondering?
How did I know this guy was going to be British before I even clicked on the video.
I need this guy's skin regimen. Just saying.
This is by the far the best story thus far! He sounds like he had a blast fuckit he was from the hood n he done good nice x
