It's crazy how it keeps getting bigger and bigger. It's added more residents in the last 4 years than what the population of the town was in 1970 which was 7600.
Healthcare is very good in the area, with Duke and UNC hospitals as highlights that are highly regarded in the medical field. The costs overall are a little more expensive than the national average, but that's expected with many of our facilities being offsprings of Duke and UNC healthcare systems.
Welcome! In the Cary area, check out Fenton Shopping Center's various Apartments. They are new and in a great location for commuting and entertainment. Also in Cary, the Bradford Cary is a nice complex and has a lot of restaurants and shops around it. Staying close to Cary, in Raleigh there is the Sojourn @ Glenwood Place and The Residences @ Glenwood Place that are also in great commuting locations, next to Crabtree Valley Mall, and have a great community with restaurants in the complex itself.
There really aren't many homeless in Cary at all. You'll find the homeless population congregates in and around downtown Raleigh as that is where the majority of the homeless resources reside.
Sorry! It's a lot of information to squeeze into 5 minutes. We do have other videos that go into more detail but will take this into account moving forward. Thank you!
I like somethings about Cary but I also don't like it because it's not urban feeling enough not enough commercial to residential and they don't have homeless shelters to help homeless

Very beautiful town, I used to love visiting there.
Great summary, can you do one for Apex and Wake Forest too?
Aries town, love ❤️🎉 in Cary!
Cary is great!
Great job!
Thank you so much!
I love this country ❤️🇺🇸, its so beautiful.
🇮🇳❤️
It definitely has a lot of beauty to enjoy
I miss the Cary I grew up in . That’s for sure .
It has changed so much
It's crazy how it keeps getting bigger and bigger. It's added more residents in the last 4 years than what the population of the town was in 1970 which was 7600.
It's crazy how big it's gotten! Cary has added more people in the last 4 years than what the entire town had in 1970. It's almost 190,000 people now!
WHAT IS HEALTHCARE LIKE?
Healthcare is very good in the area, with Duke and UNC hospitals as highlights that are highly regarded in the medical field. The costs overall are a little more expensive than the national average, but that's expected with many of our facilities being offsprings of Duke and UNC healthcare systems.
North Carolina changed their tax code to 4.75% effective 1 January, 2023. Which was prior to you releasing this video
You're right. We didn't catch that. Great to see taxes getting lowered!
40 quickly takes you to RTP?
From Cary it's not too bad but can certainly get backed up during prime rush hour. Would be best to utilize back roads to get there honestly.
I’m moving to NC and looking into good apartment complex around the area. Can you recommend something please 🙏🙏🙏

Thank you so much. My hospital will be in Durham so I think Cary is as far as I should go. Thank you so much! I will check them out.
You know it’s a small city when I know exactly where all the backgrounds are🫠
haha
Queens, New York and Long Island, New York are beautiful but have more expensive taxes to live there.
No doubt, it's much more affordable to live in Cary and Raleigh in general than most major cities up north.
what about homeless people in this city?
There really aren't many homeless in Cary at all. You'll find the homeless population congregates in and around downtown Raleigh as that is where the majority of the homeless resources reside.
This was a word blur.

@@relocatingtoraleighno it wasn’t it was a very informative video good job
Expensive houses 🤷
Yes, Cary is one of the most expensive areas in the triangle, mostly because people absolutely love it
I like somethings about Cary but I also don't like it because it's not urban feeling enough not enough commercial to residential and they don't have homeless shelters to help homeless
You're right, that's more of what Raleigh and Durham have vs. Cary.
Those are all exactly things that I am looking for. Cary sounds wonderful and perfect! No homeless, amazing!
The homeless need permanent supportive housing. The shelter system doesn't work anymore.

Cary Explained in less than one second...... URBAN SPRAWL sprinkled with a heavy dose of PRETENSE
Haha I grew up in Cary! I love it but not for everyone.
Hablan español?
Cary es uno de los mejores lugares para vivir en el país, no solo en el estado.
