- Yes, there is a sidewalk under there. Also yes, you saw a 22 minute version of this a year ago.
Initial service, real time, raw audio, with pop up video style trivia and some goofing around by me. This video was filmed in November of 2019. You have seen this lawn one time before, I think titled something to do with House Flipper in Real Life, but that was a sped up version and this is the full length version. I am trying to get all of last season's stuff done and published to make way for the new videos coming.
This service was before I had the white Bobcat ZS4000 48" or the new TORO 2000 60", so that is why I am using the older green BOB-CAT 36". I still have that mower to this day, and have to use it on several yards with tiny back gates. Something in the ignition system died, and it is currently in the shop for repairs. (Turning the key would turn the engine over VERY slowly and then not at all. I replaced the battery, worked fine. Fast forward a few months, same thing. Maybe the key is sticking and leaving it 'on' and draining the battery? Maybe the starter needs replaced? We will see). UPDATE: Ended up just needing a new battery.

That extra touch with the edger gaps is what makes you an exceptional landscaper. If I was your client, I would notice.
I don’t have a lawn care business but love working in my yard. I have really enjoyed and I have learned a lot watching you do the different lawns you do. I am a retired cake decorator, so I know the importance of a crisp sharp looking border!!! Thanks for sharing your work and knowledge with us! 👍🏻
E eu também! Obrigado (So do I, thanks )
Excellent job!!! That yard looks 10000X better!!! What a difference! Well done Sir!! 👍❤️👏
I really enjoy those moments when you walk up to the camera and give us a thumbs-up or other expression. It puts a face on the job and makes it more than a robotic pacing of the property. The post of your Q&A session in the garage was fabulous. I now feel as though I’m beginning to know you through your camera presence. It isn’t just about manicuring lawns, pressure washing, or hedge trimming. It’s also about Brad the husband, dad, entrepreneur, and the craftsman. Kudo’s for a life well-lived!
Lots of work, but very rewarding at the end I’m sure. Looks good! 💯👍
I find edging my lawn and/or watching you edging very satisfying! Thank you!
I watch 3 lawn care channels.
1. You!
2. Top notch lawn care.
3. Lawn care juggernaut
Awesome man!
Thank you for taking the time to explain just how much you have to do to make a video for us to watch and for letting us go with you to a job site, take care and be safe
I commend you for all the hard work you do and it’s great to see the care and hard work you do and I enjoy watching your videos well done and god bless you from NEW SOUTH WALES IN AUSTRALIA
Goes out, does a ton of work on lawns... goes home, does a ton more on the computer. ✊ respect.
Edging is my favorite too👍
It’s makes lawn care from OK to gorgeous ✅
You cut grass the way I do and you trim and edge the way I would if I had a trimmer and edger. I have used a trimmer and edger in the past but it's the way I did way back then. You are a pro`s pro. Keep it up and I will keep coming back to your channel. Again great job my friend.
Great job Brad from start to finish, couldn’t ask for a better video my friend
Rocking that yard I see!Big improvement for sure!
Love your channel your the reason why I got into pressure washing thank you so much 😊
still watching this video i’m watching every ad only skipping a few because i love watching these videos and relaxing and the great work that comes behind it ! i’m only at 50 minutes haven’t skipped anything!! and it’s in my save for watch later 😹 love it !
Thanks for not blowing the grass clippings across the street. The mowers around here in Texas don't pick up their mess
WOW!!! The time you put into lawn care is commendable...Your feet must be tired...This lawn was very tedious...the many rocks were very challenging...Hats off to you INDEED!💯
edging is probably my favorite part of lawn care
Your videos relax me before I go to sleep. Thanks for the content.
The edging makes a huge difference in the look of the yard..you do such a wonderful job!
You do fine my friend, very good work. Both lawn and video.👍👍
This man is always working smarter and not harder
I think you do a great job at lawn care (and filming it!!). You’re super inspiring for me to get out there and clean up my yard, haha. Thank you for producing this content!
I love to see the before and after of the edging.
Good morning. I just wanted to say how much I love your videos and I just think you’re awesome. You are so funny and I love the little pop-ups. I think that you do an amazing job on your videos. And why other people want to get on here and berate you is ridiculous. maybe they should worry about their own yards or their own business instead of worrying about how you do yours. You work your a$$ off. Respect. So keep doing what you do in the way that you do it and I hope you have an awesome week.
Your videos are so satisfying to watch👌🏼😍😍I can tell, you truly passion out your job awesome 👏🏼Stay blessed 🙏🏼🤍 great admiration and respect🙌🏼🙌🏼
Watching this before I go to sleep! I love your videos Brad
I enjoy landscaping. I find it so weird at some plant placements sometimes
My grandpa always said mowing and weed eating was good but trimming is the icing on the cake. Damn I miss that man almost as much as I miss his mother.
One day I will own an edger and my lawn will look so great!
Personally, I love to see the edging first, instant gratification when you mow!
Don't worry if those other guys trash talk you. you should take it as a recognition that you are doing something right because they are worried that you are taking their viewers! keep doing you man and keep up the good work!
I like the ingrown toenail test while edging! It's like a two-fer!
Great video
The text on this video is on point!
I love your videos
Eu também! Me too, from Portugal! !!!
Seeing his shadow in the before shots made me happy
More than likely the ones critiquing your work are the arm chair critics. The ones who don't work but criticize others. Your work is great !!!!
The edging is the best part about mowing to me. Cause, you don’t get a hair cute without trimming the edges. Don’t look done🤦🏽♀️ mow the grass the way you want to mow. If we did everything alike this world would be a boring place👍🏼
No Hart trimmer. Didnt think we would see another gas trimmer. I sold my Husqvarn 223 for a milwaukee quick lock and man its a beast.
I think this might be a older video
@@Rocheman79 I thought this looked familiar lol
Not gonna lie, the battery operated stuff has come quite far in such a short time but for a job like this...I would still prefer gas. The batteries only output for so long and if you don’t have multiple, you could find yourself in a bind.
@@aaronwilson8698 I use a 12.0 battery on mine milwaukee trimmer and it outlast a tank of gas or runs over a hr at a time. I have a 8.0 if i need it
@@TheCamaro5 Good way to go. I have the ryobi 40v trimmer and blower and I had to buy an additional 6ah battery. My 4ah dies before getting to using the blower. Would’ve been nice to have it all in one battery but, I can live with it as is.
For the next video can you leave the text on the screen for an extra second or two, on almost every single one I have to rewind because it’s comes and goes to quickly.
More watch time xD
its a video just hit pause.
@@TheCamaro5 Because it sux to have to interrupt the continuity all the time.
Sim, por favor (Yes, please ). Abraço de Portugal ( a hug from Portugal )
Brad you are a hoot! Good job.
the lady whipping her kids for crossing the street without her at 1:02:00 😂
@Sith 3P0 UA-cam has an auto filter that finds comments that could be offensive and hides them until the channel manually reviews and approves them. Chances are it's in this comment limbo waiting to be approved
Just a little spanking!LOL...
Back when I was a kid if we crossed the road we would get our's beat. nowadays its only time-outs are what are given.
At least the little ones weren't getting beaten by the adult (a small pat on a diaper will not hurt).
I didn’t even realize that until I rewind it back lol 😂
I didn't see it..
Thanks for posting!
Agreed! I edge and trim FIRST! Great work, Brother! That's quite a transformation.
When watching your videos on my TV I never have time enough to read your informative messages on screen because they go away too quickly.
Another great lawn Brad
A watch a day positive energy all day.
Thanks for the tips brother I’m subbed. About to start my own lawn care business solo soon. Just need a few more tools and a trailer
Bought an edger a couple days ago and already put 12 hours of runtime on it just on my driveway and sidewalk, and I'm still not done! We have maybe 120 meters of sidewalk (double that to account for both sides of it) plus our driveway. Nobody has taken care of this lawn in... decades? Most of the overgrowth is hanging 8"+ into the sidewalk with massive buildups of dirt underneath. Many sections I've done has left a dirt wall like 2" high before the grass starts, I'm hoping that won't damage the grass there or cause future problems. So far I've filled up three large trash cans (like the city pickup ones) with grass and dirt clumps from this, and I still have another 50' or so to go before I'm done. Already wore one blade out and working on the second one, what a pain!
When it comes to danger a little swat on the seat doesn’t hurt getting the message across.
Your honesty, I LOVE IT!!!
Marathon Watching 4/20/22 This looks fabulous! Good job! Repeat video...
Amazing just Amazing !!!! Thanks for keeping America land Beautiful !!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I think you’re do a great job!!!
I do love these long videos 👍👍👍
wow man outstanding work been a fan for a really long time now love the videos and outstanding work as well keep it up !!
Watching this video looks like as if I were standing there watching you. Man the resolution is that great.
Awesome work. Enjoyed watching
As long as your customers are satisfied don’t waste your time worrying about other lawn care workers opinions. Everyone picks their nose differently.😅
If the home owners had to trim around all those rocks there might be a lot less of them next time around.
How do you keep from scaring the base of the bushes and shrubs when trimming around them?
And legs
Have you ever had a lawn where an edger just simply couldn't cut it due to being too far overgrown, etc?
Great job
This yard is like Stonehenge...rocks, poles, drains, utilities, hoses, basketball hoops, trampoline, play structure, and more.
I Used to use a 10" knife to cut things like that LOL as a kid doing yard work =)
Great job! What a difference.
Looks like your shoes are another tool.🤗 & being a little OCD might help with kind of work.
Do you have a new camera? The quality and definition looks fat superior over past videos. It looks so good. The picture quality is good.
Thanks for using an edger to "edge" the grass. I see too many string trimmer edging the grass
That backyard playscape has seen better days. Also, whoever surrounded it with that wooden border deserves a swift kick in the pants.
i think this guy should do a AMA (ask me anything) on Reddit some day so he can answer everyones questions.
Looks nicer, the concrete is very dirty. Yard looks good.
Isn’t it wonderful that people can sit behind a screen and keyboard in the comfort of their own home and tell you how you should be doing your job?!?! Everyone has preferences. Every yard is different...wet spots, type of grass and weeds, and so much more. Each person is different, too, with arm strength, back or shoulder issues, etc. that they accommodate with different equipment, processes, grip, stance, etc. Obviously some people just need to be control of others and have nothing better to do than direct someone else on a job they are not a part of.
Awesome job
What a transformation!👀
2 questions. 1 about video production and 1 about equipment.
1. Have you ever considered using multiple cameras set up to minimize your time moving them into place? Obviously finances would play a major role in this question. Would such an option even be beneficial in regards to making filming easier?
2. What's your expert opinion on battery powered edger attachments?
Sorry, technically 3 questions.
Excelente trabalho!
Nice
Nice one
Sometimes when watching trimming I “ hope they didn’t want that plant “....lol
we go with the Weedeat-Trim-Edge-Mow-Blow method, as it saves steps & time. Weedeat & pick up debris as you walk the property > Trim hedges & cut limbs if needed > Edge > Mow & mulch clippings > Blow off & check property.
Nice mower!
Perfection!
I Like the new truck.
I recently bought a DeWalt 60v and love it.
I don't care what that lawyer says, Brad is okay in my book! (Saving this vid to watch in full this evening.)
Whoever told The homeowners those rocks in the ground would look so nice must’ve been hit on the head a lot!
Satisfying!
Noice (probbably not gonna watch the whole thing lol just the clipping (dont like watching one vid for too long) )
Just curious but I’ve noticed in some of your videos you string trim before you mow and in others, you trim after. Is there a deciding factor on how/when you choose to do a certain step?
Nice video 🙂👌👌
What do you prefer Brad, battery or petrol powered tools?
You babied that lawn. Nice
What height do you usually mow these types of jobs?
Hey Brad. I'm thinking of doing some mowing around my neighborhood during my summer break (not as a business, more like a part time job on top of my other part time job). I was wondering if you had any tips about pricing and the best kinds of equipment to use. I'm only 16 so I don't have very much money to spend.
Serious question Where did u get the compression arm sleeves u put on? Having arthritis I get tennis elbow frequently. I have been looking everywhere for these exact sleves. Thank you.
u r right bro this is big grass u r very nice work dear brother
Anyone else notice what's happening in the background at the 1:02:06 mark? Momma was UPSET!!
XD Good eye!
1. It’s a free country so you can mow how you want, 2. It’s more efficient to mow last
Come to London m8 and sort out my back garden for me, lawn needs a mow & weeds pulled out
