Those mag release springs are tight on the dagger. I like to pull them out when I get a new frame and thin the rod out a bit with a dremel. Just a little. It makes the mag release a lot easier to press. Glad you showed how to get out even the smallest bits like that.
Thanks for making this video I watched it all. I'm having trouble getting the rolling pins out on my compact dagger. They just do not want to come out.
I had the same issue and I just got a bigger hammer and hit it with a few hits and finally came out. I tried for a while with brass hammer that came with punch kit and it wasn't jiving. Hope that helps
@@tonyg_721 I ended up just ordering another punch off of amazon. Next day delivery which was nice. It worked but it took some hitting. TEKTON 1/8 Inch Roll Pin Punch
Watching from the Great Beautiful State of Wyoming! Glad to see another Dagger lover.Only real problem I have is affording the reddot sights...lol My first was a ruger revolver my grandpa gave me at 10yrs old for Christmas. So I've gotten really good with open sights. I enjoy reddot sights for the past few years.
Very similar to a Polymer 80 frame design. The bar that locks the slide is called a slide lock which has to be oriented with notch facing the front of frame. Awesome video.
Can you show me a direct comparison between all your copper barrels inside of a darker color slide? I own a shadow systems copper barrel and the color is amazing. I wonder if the others are as vibrant. Thanks
I have a related question to all the slides on the table , holster comparability ? The OEM Dagger has its own profile, especially with the high suppressor sights , but add an after market slide, like the Leo precision, Zaffiri etc and it changes. What have you found as a OWB that works ?
Look for holsters that basically use the light as the determining factor to what they fit if you can't find one that works for you. I have no idea how interchangeable any holster is if it's not designed for use without a light
Thanks Picked up a G-code holster on E-bay for the stock dagger, works great, but will look at light holsters for the aftermarket Glock slides or just have a custom build.

I moved the slide release down for the actual trigger pin to come out didn't take much force

I just wanted to see the tear down of the slide and grip module, and it took almost an hour!??….
