I went with Troi for just as silly of a reason. My Alliance member was enamored with Troi and thought she was hot. Sometimes solving a coin toss is just as simple as going with your gut.

I completely forgot about the cube, I went with Troi because where I'm sticking the mirror crew is going to have mainly energy weapons
I'll use my officer choice credits to avoid loosing them, but as F2P I'm not going to unlock Ezri any time soon. Anyway, thanks for the guidance Rev.

A consideration, for those who aren't big PvP-ers, is which type of ship comes up in ship-specific PvP events. There aren't really any BAT-specific events, but there are INT and EXP (Vi'Dar, Realta, Disco, Franklin).

Just got my D4 at Lv 34, so most definitely going to Ezri🤩
Trying my hardest to collect mirror Data and Kira to go with mirror Picard whom I just unlocked. The main reason I went for Ezri is cause she'll be useful on Talios as secondary PvP option.
Who are you going to pair her with on a Talos?
@@thomasward8805 probably H. Worf and Lorca. I didn't play during the arc when Freeman etc. were released so my best pvp option until I unlocked M. Picard was the old strike teams. They're so outdated now that Ezri will be better even without synergy

this is the Picard arc all over again. Having ship type specific officers in pvp is kinda pointless since you don't know who is going to attack you or who you are going to attack. My server has an equal distribution in the 4g and 5g of the type of ships

In G3-early G4, if your epic G3 is augur and not ent, i think MU ezra is a better choice, especially if you unlocked MU picard (dmg !).

Never seen anyone use a Borg cube for pvp on my server or even in incursions. Gone for troi not sure if will ever use
what if i dont want either troi makes more sense with energy weapons i like that format but not on battle pass event store still prefer event store currency tbh but i have to say the mats on the milestones are really great would like to see us getting that much per arc for non pvpers not great officers
Have they said anything about the tokens being able to be saved? I feel scammed if I have to use them on one of these two options.

Troy's mechanics seemed better to me. Plus most PvP is NOT battleships. I don't PvP but if I want a F off crew battleships are not highly used in PvP.

Mr. Deuce, I have a question. IS there going to be a Discovery Enterprise? I am not a fan of it, BUT I keep SEEING it in so many Fleet Command ads with the Discovery Enterprise featuring prominently. Are we gonna get one, or is Scopely just messing with us?
EDIT: This video opened WITH a Fleet Command ad WITH the Discovery Enterprise AND upgrading and customizing stuff on it with visible ad-ons. What in the smeg?

I picked Ezri because I'm an idiot and read the description totally wrong.
I personally do not like these specific officers. At ops 42 I see different ships at different moments.
I do not like crewing to go up against a specific type of ship since I cannot always predict who or what I will go up against. Especially when it comes to incursions.
So I am crewed to hit battleships but someone rolls up in an interceptor. Yeah great....
In dark mirror novel, Terran Troi was more like Terran Leeta from STO.
And made Terran Sulu look like a total wimp in comparison.
Rev what events give token for rare officer choice
Can you explain the Scopely math of Apex Barrier? If 100 is 1% true damage reduction then I would intuitively guess that 10,000 would just eliminate damage - but that clearly isn't true.
Damage / (1+ apex barrier amount /10000)
i have only 100k now, f2p, mo way i get ft slot. righy when i got carol freeman she stopped being the OP, so i dont see reason to care about pvp officers anymore.
i may not bother with the event store just as a protest. huge dissapointment.
What if you don't want either Ezri or Troy? Does the currency carry over to next arc?
Since I don't have either Mirror Picard/Data is it worth getting Ezri/Deanna?

that borg cube should be a lv50 or higher ship only one way to source would love to see it in cosmic clean up for F2P sourcing even if 5BPs per 100 credit

Great question, i'd say Troi would get used more/applies to more if we're just talking traits. Ezri would be your 3rd officer with Pilot though and the only rare! (so more stats)
