A universal option for a magazine release would be helpful. I can foresee a future where my kids gravitate from their respective Universities and I purchase a full size, my wife will probably want the ultralight carry and she is left handed. I gave her a small Colt .45 years ago, and I had to have a gunsmith put the safety for cocked and locked put another one on the left side for her. I was all the time sourcing left hand holsters. Walsh understands.
Can't wait to see your review on the ported Pro version. Remember NOT to use plated bullets that can shred in the barrel and spray out fine razor-sharp shrapnel through the ports. Going to order one for myself! Great review as always!
I’m looking forward to the Top 5 ranking. Getting the kids to ask the questions should be fun. As well as the Arctic multicam loadout. I swear, the ACRO is starting to become a meme pistol optic and rightfully so…………. The Ultralight looks pretty awesome, and I agree about a magwell on compact/sub-compact guns; it just makes it more difficult to conceal. The return to zero is nuts on something that by all rights, should be snappy. Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas to you too man! Thanks for all the fun all year long. And yea...I have no interest in the acro. It's very confusing. Artic setup....soon!
Finally got a tac 5" (not ported steel frame) two days ago and im only 400 rounds in but dang im loving it. Ill get a couple cases down the pipe before carrying it but, so far not a single issue.
@mikehawkswollen5819 night wood guns (I think is his channel name) did a demon that spalling or shrapnel can get thrown upward out of the ports, which lines up with my experience with other ported guns, not an issue when shooting fully extended but if you're shooting close to your body in a self defense your eyes could take some of that copper. As flat as it shoots I'd be afraid the ports would make the muzzle dip. The slide has the windows for the ports so if I ever change my mind I can have it done later.
I went with the non ported as well for some of the same reasons. Plus, didn’t want the added noise, dirty barrel and the non ported was easier to get. Better all around gun without the ports, but to each his own. Great guns and nice to have options.
@@JackLawson-sh7xm I like ported guns in a shorter barrel (like the ultralight) for obvious reasons but, I couldn't see needing it with the govt length
That side by side 1 shot, reload, 1 shot... on point big wizard

This is one of the best reviews I have ever seen on any firearm. Great job man and thanks. Subbed.
hey appreciate it! This one was interesting because I've never really explored this or seen it. So it's more just sharing all the stuff I learned lol
7:03 I wake up in cold sweats sometimes from nightmares of being lefty.😂
Manufactures need to start making things ambidextrous by default.
haha just image how much more accurate we'd be if everyone was a lefty

yea I can't wait to have some solid time with it
Swampfox taking collateral damage out of nowhere

@ I saw those gloves…….. 👍
Still rocking the first Gen with the comp ("viper"). Love that thing
I saw some of those in the old photos and it looked pretty awesome! You can definitely see where the new version came from.
If the magazines are compatible, it would make a nice BUG to the full size.
Which tenicor holster works with the ultralight? Or I guess what holster are you using?
I mention it in the video but it's the staccato CS holster. Use the 2024 version. The 2023 doesn't work.

I'm in the market too. What made you choose the Tac vs the Tac Pro?

Not that im looking for a CCW gun but this looks good in general.
My California government doesn't allow us law-abiding citizens to purchase any Bul Armory
Why?
