Hello friends,
In this video we will learn how to make Paneer Barfi without using Sugar. We will make this barfi with Paneer and Zero Sugar by Ketofy, 100% natural sweetener. Ketofy sweetener named Zero Sugar is absolutely 100% Natural, has Zero carbs & Zero calories Made with Stevia and Monk Fruit based Sweetener. No Maltodextrine, Sucralose. Aspartame & Dextrose, No Bitter Aftertaste and is zero in calories so it keeps you away from the extra empty calories that were earlier coming from sugar. Below is the recipe:-
Ingredients:
200gm Paneer
1/4 cup Milk
2 tbsp Zero Sugar from Ketofy
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
1. Grate the paneer.
2. heat a pan and sauté Paneer + milk for 2 mins
3. add Zero sugar and cook for 2 mins, then add cardamom powder and mix.
4. Transfer mixture in a burfi mould or Thali and flatten it.
5. Garnish with dry fruits and keep in fridge for 20 mins
6. Cut in small pieces and serve.
