The kickstarter slips on my CT70, basically i kick it and kick it and the flywheel doesn't spin. From what im reading this is a clear indication the clutch plates are worn out. Would you agree? Anything else that is could be? Once i DO get it running bike engages and runs fine...

Can you tell by looking at the adjusting screw for the clutch if your clutch plates are worn?
Go by the feel of the adjuster screw. It should have a spring tension when pushed.

Yeah, it’s likely the clutch just needs to be refreshed.
