ok, don't take this the wrong way, but cigarette smoke has a very mild bronchodilator effect. Smoking is still going to fuck you up if you have asthma (and even if you don't), but for reasons unrelated to the asthma itself (as in the constriction of the bronchi), which is actually is going to be marginally better.

Actually a lot of meth ingredients could be found in a grocery store. It's basically just missing toluene (found in brake fluids) and epidephrine (found in diet pills and some cold medicines)
