I love the fact that you're taking the time to show this I just got my first saddle and I'm researching every little video I can looks awesome thank you
I have the same gerber saw, love that it is retractable, but i did bend it once getting it caught in a limb sawing the wrong direction lol (i am an idiot). Nice setup, I would love to see how you fish your bow up btw, I was thinking about doing this, but I want to see how well it works first lol.
I see you have switched back to a carabiner instead of the lap link. Lots of people talk about side loading carabiners when one sticking. Can you share your thoughts on the safety of using the carabiner in this application? Thanks in advance!
I tried the one-stick method for hunting multiple times this past week and generally liked it. I really liked rappelling down (because it is an easy and clean way to safely descend). You covered how to rappel down a leaning tree (go with it if needed) and that works fine. One thing I am having trouble with is ascending a leaning tree with aiders on my stick(s) (either one-sticking or multiple stick climbing). If a tree is leaning at all the steps in the aider will be leaning to one side or the other or laying flat on the tree and they are very awkward to use. It doesn't take much of a lean to cause a problem. I am assuming it is easiest to ascend a leaning tree on the top side rather than the sides or the bottom (relative to the lean). Am I correct? If you have any advice, I will appreciate it.
The pouch would be perfect IF it didn’t sit so dam far back on your waist. Pain in the ass trying to contort your body to get crap from your pouch. The thicker the clothes, the further back it is due to the increased circumference of the saddle.
I'm curious about the amsteel lineman's rope. Is it a whoopie sling or is it setup with a prussik or some other friction hitch? I'm waiting on an order from EWO so I can play around making my own using a prussik loop but wasn't sure how well it would tend for one-handed operation.
If you don’t know, you just don’t know! LOL papaw‘s farm! Do just a little bit of research and you’ll see all of the places that you can hunt with this system. LOL
Dude, that's just the saddle system lol. You still need a small pack for range finder, grunt call, water, extra layers, snacks, game bags, etc. As stated, do 15 min of research. He can hunt ANYWHERE with this.

When will the suspenders be available for purchase?
I second that. Those would help out so much
Yeah I’ve looked can’t find them
Awsome setup

Do a video on climbing with a full setup and repell. That system looks minimal as it gets!

Still waiting on the single stick to come back in stock 😔

I’m with the others on the suspenders but you said your using the generation 2 phantom can we make it work on the original phantom 👍✌🏻🇺🇸
Yup! There will be accessories to retrofit the gen1 phantom!

Suspenders still not on Tethrd yet.
When can we get word on the suspenders???? He is wearing them
That’s great if hunting papaws farm. But it’s unrealistic come October/November. Layers and water alone?
