Never have problems with sleep quality. Sunlight exposure during day, Limit caffeine intake to late noon, Use blue light blocking glasses, Use additional non-habit forming calming alternate medicine remedies, listen to soothing music while drifting to sleep in a pitch dark bedroom. Works all the time, when followed through.
Really then the vibe of the video is that the data from devices backs up the things most of us already believe to be true re sleep. Eg avoid caffine / screen time late in day etc. Thanks cody

I posted this on an old video and wanted to try on your newest in hopes of you seeing it: Hey Dr. Cody, I am functionally a quadriplegic and use a robotic arm called Jaco attached to my powerchair for basic functional use as well as photography, but the interface is so inefficient that it becomes an impedance, do you happen to know of anybody researching BCI for assistive tech control in the Philadelphia or NYC area that you could maybe connect me with?
