I don't think there is an ethical way to have little kids dance professionally. Even adults under the best possible circumstances end up with eating disorders and permanent foot injuries or whatever after like 5 years, there's just not a "good" way to do it.

My wrestling coaches very rarely yelled at us outside of motivation during conditioning, basically never berrated us unless someone did something really fucked like get dq'd, and he produced 3 state champions and like 7-8 more top 5s in one year overall top 3 im our division in the state. Point being, no u don't need to berrate kids to produce talent. All that really does is damage kids psychology fr.
I don't know who JoJo is. Surely if she were as big as she thinks she is then I would have any idea who she was.

Stupid logic
She's big with kids. She basically played an overgrown toddler for a decade and her thing was dressing in bright colorful clothes and being energetic. She became super wealthy marketing that to elementary schoolers and selling a shit ton of merch.
Like most people who get rich by pandering to little kids tho, she never really made the connection that she herself isn't particularly talented or well liked, so when she did a 180 when she hit 18 it didn't go well for her.

Dance Moms always just reminds me of this guy I went to school with who was obsessed with it and is now in prison for touching dozens (yes, dozens) of little girls.
Not for nothin, jojo learned all her behavior from the awful loser parents around her. You dont just magically become normal because you turned 20. She's in a teen state imo and probaly has her awful mom running her mouth at all times. She needs to be seperated from the scene and given therapy around actual normal people. This is something a lot of kids in these situations need. That doesnt mean shes without blame. Its extremely sad to me because the cycle is continuing. Hope she can reclaim her life one day, same for any kids under this terrible stress.
