I was planning to do but the go pro files failed sorry. Its not that hard actually just bond them together using MMA glue while placing both parts in the mould halfs to keep the correct dimensions.
I'm making 2 more soon and I'll film it again hoping this time they work.

How exactly did you seal the tank? I'm about to make a small screen wash tank, which similar to your fuel tank will need sealing to protect against the ethanol/ methanol.
I was thinking of coating the separate cured parts as you did then pouring in a small amount so I only have to worry about 100% coverage of the joins.
Is that what you did? I going to try the VE140 from Easy Composites.

Thnx, well these were the first runs of my autoclave. I never had worked with an autoclave so it was all learning at firs, and I stil had this prepreg laying here so a bit of a waste not using them. I found you can combine the xpreg out of autoclave and the autoclave type on there website. So thats why I used this on these parts.
I'm now looking arround for ordering new autoclave prepreg for next parts.

Sorry but it is not the first in carbon. The Italian company pro-lite has been producing it in carbon for the Vyrus for many years for the track. There are none that are street legal because the tests are impossible to pass as they freeze your tank then drop a ferrule on it.
