    Such a sick fade but I would’ve gone on the back off the hair (bulk) with a 3 guard open just to take more bulk off otherwise sick fade man

    • @yahboip
      @yahboip 5 років тому +40

      True. The bulk doesn’t make much sense unless he has a slick back/combover so that the top can lay on it

      @@yahboip if the back didnt have any weight near the crown it wouldnt of supported all that hair on top and would of looked more of an undercut. I likes the crown area

    • @yahboip

      Big Lew there should still be weight but I prefer a bit less. Like he said a 3 would’ve been good.

    I’m so happy to see this because this is how I fade, and sometimes get questioned about it by other barbers. You have actually given me some new tips/tricks that I will definitely be using to upgrade my bottom to top fade game. Appreciate you sharing, Thanks man!

Watching this channel has really gave me the push to start cutting my own hair, and as a fellow waver I was kinda nervous at first I'm still in the beginning stages of cutting. Hopefully my videos start to show my progress I have my very first 360 Jeezy hair cut challenge dropping this week.

    Yo Geezy, I just noticed that you switch to your left hand when you do the left side of your clients lineup with the outliners trimmers!? Did you always do that was just sometimes? I noticed left to hold the trimmers instead of holding him straight up I would hold them horizontal with my right hand and the most backwards to get the shop line on the left side. I’m gonna try using my left hand like you do. Give me some advice it is nice out there that I could see!

    Sorry if I mess up some barbery terminology, but basically this is how I understand it:
    Each level of cutting, you cut by ones. ( so like you start in 0, next level cut is with 1, and the level after is 2.) and to clear the lines between the levels, you cut with a .5 between the two levels? (Like to clear the line between levels 1 & 2, you’d use a 1.5?)
    If I’m completely wrong, plz tell me and just disregard my comment.
